When ever you want to challenge someone you must show who u r challenging you must be a member of the guild to challenge and sorry u cannot challenge someone 2 ranks ahead and cannot challenge the Fuhrer

I was PM'd by a newcomer and he would like to challenge the Central Seargent Major he has voted for a quiz over FMA but i have a bonus question that does not involve FMA
