I deiced to get active on two things:
Posting here (lol)
And getting ready for Cross country season.
Anyways, so far in the summer, I ran at least 5-6 miles all together, which I think is pretty good, since I'm super lazy. I hope this week I can step it up to 8 miles. Wish me luck!
My mom also made me walk around the field were my brother goes to football pratice at least 7 times briskly. I hate walking, but it made quite diffence. I'm working on my diet next......
