Rolling over the furthest right star causes a message to appear using the coded letters....i dont know what to do after that though

I solved the puzzle once and it brought me to a video saying something about the future.
after that I tried again and couldn't solve this new puzzle.

Super pocky bandit Lilly I solved the puzzle once and it brought me to a video saying something about the future. after that I tried again and couldn't solve this new puzzle. I solved the whole thing and then it wouldnt let me back on the website so I wanna try again

Super pocky bandit Lilly i think it may be a keylogger. but I'm going to try again sometime when I can. its not. my PC lets me know when a keylogger gets activated so i know its safe. i wouldnt share it with you guys if it wasnt.
