I havent played all the old games except for Infection and G.U. Vol 1 and 2
so i read some of it. It said that int eh games, Mia was killed, and Sora was being controled by skeith
So how were they able to be in .hack//Unison?

I have no idea... I haven't played all the four games but:
Apparently, Sora lost all of his memories of The World R:1 after logging out (he was saved by the .hackers), so the fact that he appeared in that episode perfectly well is, to me, a mistery. There's also a monster that you kill on the first or second game that we see Kite defeating in Unison, which also made no sense at all.
Another user on this guild, Xenoku, said that due to that many people started to believe that that episode is not canon. So... maybe it really isn't supposed to be related to the storyline? Oo
