The last thing I heard on the news was that Congress wanted to start pulling out troops, but our pinhead president said no. It seems to me that "W" thinks this is his personal wars.

Not only that, but my man was at the MEPS base yesterday and was talking to some officers. They said that the terrorist forces are once again as strong (if not stronger) then they were at the time of the 9/11 attack. Scary thought.

yeah....the last hopeful bit of "news" i heard was that the troops would be pulled out this coming March. pffft, that idea last a while didn't it..... xp

I know there are guys leaving this fall for a 15 month deployment.
I was talking about it with them and they just laughed when i said that they might be pulling out within a few years
