I work at a museum where there's a bunch of old buildings and one of them started on fire.
The grounds keeper was scrapping paint on it and used a heat gun to burn some of the paint off and POOF, went up in flames. He comes running in, "The barber shop is on fire!" Everyone starts flipping out and the fire department comes and puts it out.
The whole back was is charred and tomorrow we have to move the s**t out of the building. gonk
It made work kind of fun in a sick pyro kind of way. xd

Sounds like lots of fun. Or excitement at least.
The neighbors behind our apartment in New Orleans had a shed right up against the fence to our yard a few months back, and it caught fire. Did more damage to our building than theirs. mad

I watched them put it out. It was kick a**.
I would love to run the hose.
Too bad it ruined half the old s**t in the building. neutral June was pissed, she's the director. She was crying, it made Zachary sad inside, for like two seconds then my ADD kicked in and I was like, "Oohh pretty flames! OH! Hehe, it just climbed higher." *Gags on smoke* This is fun. *chokes*

That's sad to hear that the older artworks(?) were destroyed sad Having irreplacable work destroyed is devastating, I've had it happen to me. Not, of course, on that kind of scale. But still razz

It was old clothes and chairs and stuff like that.
I still loved the fire. Made me giggle like a little schoolgirl looking at a Backstreet Boy's poster.

haha, yea, that would be damn exciting, even if nice old stuff and things were being ruined. Fire is so fascinating to watch....
