Okay, I know this may sound stupid, but some of the pokemon are semi-the same as Naruto characters. Examples:
Rock Lee vs. Hitmonlee/hitmonchan
Sasuke vs. Charizard (Flamethrower!)
Sakura vs. Chansey
Naruto vs. Ninetails ( wink , had to do the fox thing)
Of course, some of the pokemon could be interchangable, but..yeah.

I know what yah trying to get at.. someone did an artwork piece of the Naruto Characters as Pokemon beings... but its just reminds you of it and that's it.. only if you go into detail on it.. but overal it doesn't hold a good amount of weight.
But good topic though it doesn't go that far. confused

pokemon is good. but it is like for the younger kid and the older kids too. naruto has a different plot than pokemon. also naruto is for teenagers in japan but who cares if it is for teens it is good.

It's just, I got to thinking about the different moves and the different special abilities that they have, and a few of them were the same. That's all. Other than that, no, they aren't any alike.

naruto is miles better than pokemon. even though i grew up with the pokemon games im admitting naruto is better

i understand your point... and i too have had this thought many many times...
but naruto will always be better than pokemon...no matter which i became obsessed with first...
pokemon - obsessed when i was 4
naruto - obsessed when i was 13
