Bio: Katrina Whittle grew up in a small port named Farde, off the west coast of Tortuga. Her father a wealthy busincess man would often leave the family for many weeks for busincess meetings. By the age of five Katrina or Kat as her friends called her never could remember what her father looked like except for the pictures her mother showed. When Kat turned twelve her mother went to lay on her death bed because of a serioud diease, but while there her mother gave her a green jem and told her to always wear it since it was a heirloom in her family. After that her mother died leaving Katrina and her younger sister alone. Katrina decided to leave to become something her father most hated:a pirate,with her sister by her side.
After many years Katrina figured out that the jem her mother gave her was a magical jem which transforms her and her crew into cat-like creatures when the moon turns blood red and it also seems that everyone that is part of the crew have similar jems on them and are connected to each other. They have titled themselves the Bloody Pirates and have named thier ship Cursed Jem.
