Google around, some you can buy online, the others are available at stores. But if you're low on cash I would recommend Open Canvas. It's a simple to use program but has advanced abilities. You can get free trials for some softwares like Painter, Open Canvas and Art Rage--just Google the names and you'll find them. If you can't buy anything online and you don't know anyone willing to hook you up with a free copy, try the free online painter programs called Oekaki.
