Find the "Print Screen" button.

It'll be in the top row of buttons with F1, F2, F3 etc. It'll be at the end of the row. After you've hit that button go to paint and press Ctrl+V or paste. Poof! There's your screen shot. =]

Take it into something like MS Paint, save it, go to an image-hosting site, and you should be able to figure it out from there xd .
