1st Gaian Guild Anniversary/Birthday
Welcome to the anniversary/birthday thread for the guild! biggrin For a year this guild has been registered into gaia, active and not active. All the "old" members remember this guild as the thread that it used to be- fun, social, and active. A year later the guild turns 1! With over 2,000 members and 100,000 posts, we fight our way to be the best guild.. kind of. xD Anyways, this thread is to say happy anniversary/birthday to the guild. :3

Contests - Avatar Contest
Every time we have an avatar contest is doesn`t work out! D: This time I want you all to MAKE it work, kay? This is just a basic avatar contest with a theme. There will be different kinds of avatar contests every 3 hours. So that means each contest ends within 3 hours.
The first contest theme is.. whatever you want to wear. x3 I can`t think of a theme at the moment, so this is just a normal contest with no theme.
The entry fee is 400g and the prize is 4k

I`m not getting any profit from any avatar contests, just so you know. biggrin

The contest might take two days since some people can`t save their avatars.

Contests - Writing Contest
Mkay. The guild bar needs a new description since the posts are being redone. I need someone to make a really descriptive description about the bar and guild in general. Your description must include the following things: scenery, stairs, rooms [including the "bar"], dance floor, DJ, outside [back], scenery, balcony, pool, sports area, hot tubs. You can add other things as long as it`s appropriate. NO ROOMS FOR SEX. xD I won`t put your application up here if it has anything to do with sex.
The entry fee is 500g and the winner gets 5,000g and their description in the guild bar.
I get absolutely no profit, kay?

Art Auction
Let`s face it- artists need gold too. Dx Especially those who are on almost impossible quests that`s over 2 mil. Some artists in the guild have come together to join in a joint art auction. Just because you don`t have a lot of gold doesn`t mean you can`t bid.. unless you don`t have enough.
From time to time some artists may join in. I only got on okay on being in the auction.
It may take a while for artists to get art to you. We have busy schedules.
Rules
Don`t extract your bid. If you bid, you bid. No taking it back.
Don`t bid if you don`t have the gold.
Don`t ask for freebies. Dx

From time to time I will give out free headshots to random members. In order to possibly get one, you`ll have to be active and participate in at least one contest. Even if you do these two, you still might not get art from me. It all depends on how I feel and who has the easier avatar to draw.

Guild Gifts & Art
The guild birthday is like any other birthday, except it`s not the living person that has the birthday. And just like any human birthday, you sometimes tend to give out gifts, or presents as you may call it. Well, giving gifts to the guild could mean anything. You could either donate gold to the guild by going to the front page or you can give the guild art or whatever. You don`t have to be an artist to give away art. Art is anything like graphics saying "happy birthday" or a simple sign. (: All gifts and art will be shown on this page as this thread will never be deleted.
