Haku's kekkei genkai, Hyoton (氷遁, Hyōton?, literally "Ice Release," dubbed "Haku's Secret Arts of Water" by Viz) allowed him to combine wind and water-based chakra to create ice, which he could manipulate through willpower alone, as seen in the anime from a flashback where he was manipulating water in his hands and again when he uses water to create a field of icicles through his house by freezing water. The ice Haku created was largely immune to fire-based attacks, only melting slightly when coming into contact with flames. Using his special ability, Haku developed the Demonic Ice Mirrors (魔鏡氷晶, Makyō Hyō Shō?, English TV "Crystal Ice Mirrors"), which allowed him to create any number of mirrors made of ice to use as a shield or trap an opponent. Haku could enter these mirrors and move between them almost instantaneously, allowing him to easily attack others and not worry about being countered.
In the first Naruto movie, several of the Yukigakure ninja also had the ability to use Hyoton techniques. However, this was not the product of a similar kekkei genkai, as demonstrated by Kakashi's ability to replicate one of these jutsu with his Sharingan. In addition, unlike Haku, who could create his own ice, the Hyoton jutsu used in the movie required the users to manipulate already existing ice.

It was a long day, when that horrible massacer began. I somehow escaped that horrible torcher from that cruel prison in the Mist village. It was around twelve years ago, that the civil war began in the water country. When they captured my sister (haku's mom) and slaughterd her, I was furious and decided to run after my brother in-law, but I got captured and they interogated me, wondering how my clan obtained this power, and they wanted it for themselves. When I ddnt tell them anyway, they torcherd me and thats how I lost my left eye. It was a miracle I had escaped, by figuring how to use my blood-traits. I killed everyone of them in a matter of seconds and escaped. I heard there was a place in the fire country that took in lost rouges and I decided to find it. I left on a simple motorboat, looking for a place called home.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. Unlike other clones, they can't be detected by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance, making them indistinguishable from the actual person. Sasuke Uchiha claims that the Sharingan can tell the difference during his battle with Naruto at the Valley of the End.
Any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user. It's also useful for training purposes, since the total amount of experience the user gains is multiplied by the total number of clones being used to train. Using it in this manner is far more difficult, however, since a large number of clones are needed to make a significant difference in the training time. It's unclear if other types of clones possess this advantage.
This technique is considered dangerous because of the manner in which the clones are created. Because the user divides their chakra among the clones, the user could potentially use up all their chakra fairly quickly if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones, such as Naruto does with Multiple Shadow Clone Technique, this jutsu's enhanced (and forbidden) form. Naruto is able to use this technique to the extremes that he does because of his tailed beast, the nine-tailed demon fox, which gives him an abnormally high chakra level. Even without the demon fox's chakra, Naruto can make quite a few clones, but nowhere near on the level he can when he has access to the demon fox's chakra. The technique can also be dangerous if the user is injured or has some otherwise debilitating physical condition at the time of the cloning, since all of the clones will be created in roughly the same state.

This jutsu creates one or more identical copies of the user out of water. Like the Shadow Clone Technique, these clones are capable of attacking and using jutsu, but they are easier to defeat because they are only one-tenth of the user's power. Additionally, they can only be controlled within a certain distance of the user.
Water Prison Technique

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. Neji Hyuga has been able to use his ability to release chakra from all of his pressure points to disrupt the flow of chakra inside the prison and break free. When Tenten is trapped in the water prison she indicates that she can't breathe. Despite this, other characters have been shown remaining within it for long periods of time without incident and are even capable of talking.
Water Release: Exploding Water Shockwave

This jutsu is used when an opponent is knocked into water. From the water, five sharks are created and used to attack the opponent. The sharks must be created in a large amount of water. The user must keep his hand on the water or else the sharks will fall apart, since they are made from chakra. They first attack one-by-one, with each attack Kisame said "First Meal" up to "Fifth Meal". If the sharks suffer severe damage they can quickly regenerate themselves, making this a powerful technique.

In the manga the Second Hokage only needs one hand seal to perform this technique, a testament to his skill.

This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

This jutsu causes everyone within a specific area to fall into a deep sleep. From the target's point of view, it seems as if feathers are falling from the sky, which serves as a distraction to allow the jutsu to take effect. The downside, however, is that it takes a fair amount of time to take effect, and any experienced ninja has more than enough time to dispel it.
TAJUTSU'S-
Drunken Fist

This unusual style of combat can't be learned or taught. It only occurs naturally, and requires the user to be drunk. Decent skill in some form of combat may also be helpful. Once the former condition is met, the user becomes an unpredictable fighter seemingly unable to discern friend from foe. Lee is particularly talented in this form of combat, hence his sensei's concern whenever he learns that Lee may be exposed to alcohol. The unpredictability combined with Lee's formidable taijutsu skills makes him a force to be reckoned with. Kimimaro Kaguya was only able to hold Lee off by partially activating his cursed seal.
Drunken Fist is based on the 8 Immortals Zui Quan style of Chinese martial arts. In the actual martial art, however, intoxication is not a factor; rather, the 'drunken' movements are used to confuse opponents.
Leaf Gale
