Our guild is dying. Matt has alredy moved on to something new, not that he did anything here to begin with XD, and we need some ideas of how to bring our precious guild back to life. Post any sugestion here

-Post more. You guys are what makes the Hikari league great. You can't do tht if your not here, now can you?

-post in the new anouncement. Inactive leaders are being remove again.

I think I have some non-solid ideas. Firstly, I think that the guild should be more active in using Wi-Fi to battle and trade pokemon. And there should be guild hosted events (contests and tournies) and stuff.
As far as the guild as a forum goes, there should be more, professional advertising. Also, I think that their should be either fewer subforums, or more, active participants in regulating and posting in them.
I will ask a mod friend of mine from a very active guild what she thinks might help, and post here the advice she gives me.

I'm working on anoter, better organized tourniment. We'll advertise it and try to get more people to join the guild to play.
Were trying to get more people to post. You guys need to post, too. A lot of peole have abandoned the guild, or just come to lurk. Quit it. >.>
The main problem with this guild is that we were all about watig for D/P, but now we have nothing to wait for, were all out playing it, or doing other things, instead of obsessing about when it will be out. Even PBR didn't help much.

If any of you guys need help,just ask and I'll be there in a jiffy.Also Icy I'm sorry for just lurking most of the time.I know I should be posting more often but most of the threads that are currently active.I just don't find most them interesting.
Also I had an idea for an PBR Wi-Fi Tournament similar to the D/P Wi-Fi Tournament that you guys had not to long ago.

I suggest that if you don't want to personaly invest money, make a guild mule and have all donations traded to that. Then, you can use that mule's gold to buy art.

We have a guild mule. No one donates. I don't want to invest my money in this, since I personaly believe that its stupid to buy art >.> Matt might do it though. Matts stupid.
