There aren't really any rules. Just keep the subjects based around entertainment, such as music, movies, etc and follow the TOS.
What to do:
1. Post your finds in the sharing room (uploads, music, PVs, etc)
2. Download and request items, such as music and movie clips
3. Discussions on music, movies, video games and whatever else entertains you
4. Chat and have fun ^_^
