Ingredienets
3 to 4 Idaho Potatoes 2 cloves minced garlic 1 minced onion 3/4 cup melted butter or margerine 1/4 cup of milk parsley(opitional) fave chredded cheese(opitonal)
Directions
1.Boil potatoes for at least 30-40 mins until soft to the touch. 2.When potatoes are done mash them until creamy, following milk. 3.Add in onion, garlic, some of the melted butter or margerine, parsley, and cheese. 4.Put entire mixture into a medium size pot,at medium degrees set on the stove, with remaining butter or margerine, stiring occationally. 5.When five minutes pass it is done. Enjoy.

I forgot to mention peel off the potato skins either before you boil them or let them cool down completely then peel them. I also sprinkled cornbread crumbs on top of mine. You don't have to do that if you don't want to. I did that because I lve cornbread. You can also put your fav gravey on top of these homemade mashed potatoes.YUM mrgreen
