Hey. I'm kind of new to Satanism. I've been interested in it for a while, but I don't know much about it. Before I call myself a Satanist, I want to learn about it and the different denominations.
Could some of you help me? Tell me the denominations and what they're about?

I've noticed that the only sites you have in your links section for Traditional Satanism (besides the wikipedia entries) are these:

And I must say that the Demonolatrists are NOT Traditional Satanists, because most of them worship other Demons besides Satan primariliy as their god. Traditional Satanists worhip Satan and Satan only, and pay the other Demons respect and veneration, similar to Catholic saints.
Diane Vera is not only NOT a Traditional Satanist, she hates the title, and makes up her own belief system off the top of her head. She despises the use of holy texts, which is also contrary to Traditional Satanism.
And Salem Burke, if you'll excuse my french, is a ******** Nazi who believes that Satan and the Demons are literally flesh and blood extra-terrestrials that live on the planet "Nibiru." He works for crazy cult leader "Maxine Dietrich." Don't believe me? Go and read the entire website of his church: www.joyofsatan.com and you will see all the Nazi and Alien cult crap. Once again, NOT Traditional Satanism, no matter how much they say otherwise.

Yeah... The people who run Joy of Satan think that Satanism is about sex with Demons. It's totally not.
Just putting that out there even though it's obvious.

If you'll refer back to the suggested sites sticky, those sites are included as "Spiritual & Traditional Satanism" resources. That "spiritual" bit ought not to be negated. We're not claiming that they're all "traditional," and I am aware of Diane Vera's feelings towards that particular prefix. Salem Burke was removed, and thanks for bringing that to our attention. We're not exactly fond of the JoS nor its affiliates here.
