Well, you got the basics for right now.
You should wait until you have more members, then maybe ideas will come.
Right now, I think the guild is alright for now. :]

i say comp's like best art work and coolest gaia. to enter you have to put in 1000gold to the guild winer gets 75% of the pot and the gild gets 25% so you can buy stuff to give away thats how the give away would work and you not lose any gold. and get a new background fro the guild form if you can change it.

also make lil banners for every one to put in the sig's that way when thay post some where else its free advertisement and no one should have a prob. with puting a bnner in there signature if thay are really in to the guild and want to watch it grow.

Well I think you should enhance the homepage,when people come to check it out they want to be amazed.Add some kewl graphics and stuff.And you should put up links to other places that show people favorite anime and anything related to that,so they don't have to go looking for it. Hope I helped.
