1. Kakashi wears a mask that covers all but his right eye 'cuz he wants to hide his sharingan. The rest of the mask? Makes the character look cool. Kazuku also wore a mask hiding most of his face. Reason? Conceal the point where all that extra stuff comes out.
2. He speaks in a "formal and correct manner." Doesn't sound much like Obito, does it?
3. Yes, because having spikey hair is such an extremely unique characteristic in anime and manga.
By logic, these people are also Obito:
4. Please keep in mind that everyone believes Obito is dead. Because he was half-crushed by a boulder. Then a cave collapsed onto him. His eye was crushed, and he gave his other eye to Kakashi. If Obito was truley Tobi, Tobi would be blind.
5. Here's the key argument that I made this post in order to point out. I know Obito sounds like Tobi, but these names are in Japanese. Not English. Japanese.
6. Obito only served one purpose. And that was for Kakashi to have a reason to have the Sharigan.
Kishimoto wanted Kakashi to have the Sharigan but he didn’t want him to be an Uchiha member. So he made up the Obito story.
Honestly, in summation, evidence points to Tobi not being Obito, but I haven't been impressed with Kishimoto's work as of late, so I wouldn't put it past him anymore to have yet another character cheat death thanks to a wonderfully unlikely coincidence (Neji and Chouji anyone?). Seriously. If Tobi is Obito, then I will start putting down money that Asuma comes back from the dead somehow.
I know that this entire message is full of sarcasm and what-not, but I felt the need to hammer home how entirely ridiculous it would be if Obito actually did end up alive.

Tobi is really madara uchiha. the first uchiha. he even admits it to sasuke i nthe magna. he took the sharingan of his little brother and was actually able to unlock the immortality powers in his sharingan. 395-398 tobi reviels the truth about who he is to sasuke. during those chapters and 450 it shows him ordering the last remaining akatsuki members. madra uchiha (tobi) founded akatsuki and just used pein as a paw to sync with Gedo mazo (the giant statue shown used to take out the tailed beasts out of its hosts. so there tobi obito stuff killed as dead as itachi, and probally tsunade if she doesnt wake up from that coma oops . spoilers
