truley i think buffy the show is better then then the movie the reason joss even did the show was because how bad of reviews the movie got personally ihate the movie and i wish it never had gone on the big screen in less that stopped the show from coming out then i wouldnt care that the movie was out even though it was bad

the show was better because it was what Joss wanted on the screen...The movie was changed to some studio exec's ideas

Now really the movie was not THAT bad... biggrin
It was silly and campy...maybe it should not have been but it was...

Besides it showed us the skill Joss had at writing even then, its really hard to beat this for funny...

by far the funniest part of the movie! but that annoying one-armed vamp refusing to die was pretty good...

the movie is more just to laugh at, it was prolly funnier than it was intended to be but it wasnt that bad...

the show was better tho by far.. the graphics, the story, the details- all of it were great.. the show wins hands down

there was a lot of blood spraying from the vamps in the movie and when they were staked they didnt dust. thats one of joss' changes i guess
