*edited* Well I am basiclly fed up with a girl and I have to find some how to get rid of my anger any suggestions

Buddy, there's a time when you need to step back and ask yourself "why am I doing this to myself?"
Heartache is not something new to me, nor is it new to anyone. I understand that you've clearly have really been burned, but what you need to do is just forget it. Get yourself back on your feet mate, it may sound like something that's going to be tough, but in reality it's not.
You're higher than this, you're young and there are plenty of more women out there, take what you've learned from this to refine what you're looking for, but forget her, and forget the heartache. She's not worth your time, and she's not worth your spite.

I agree with Chainsaw above me...I've had many a girl just basically rip out my heart and throw it to the ground like I gave them a new stuffed animal or something, and they didn't like it. One's heart is much more precious than how some treat it, and all you've got to do is find somebody who knows that. That may turn out to be a big task, but once you've found that person, you'll know it, and you'll feel like you could have taken millions of times more time in order to find them if you needed to.
...For now though...Just...try to calm down is all I can ask you to do. I know how it feels, and for me...It's always nearly impossible to just up and drop all the rage I have, and it usually turns into a cat fight when I see the one person again, and...I somehow provoke them to strike me first, then things go from there...
*Sigh*
Let's hope you don't send anybody to the hospital.

You do have a point...I mean...talking about it is one thing, but the first post IS a little much.

Wow.
I agree with Napalm and Tina completely. I really don't think this is the right place to be going this either. I think that this would of been better if the first post wasn't... so crazy. If you would of presented yourself differently, we could have discussed your problem a bit more without having to talk about how inappropriate the first post is.
Not to offend, but it seems to me like you just want attention...

Okehazama Wow. I agree with Napalm and Tina completely. I really don't think this is the right place to be going this either.
