Lucinda Barry
Played by Anne Dudek, she was seen in the Pilot episode as Lassiter's partner. After news got out of her more-than-professional relationship with the Head Detective, she was transferred and succeeded by Maggie Lawson's character, Juliet O'Hara.
Buzz McNab
McNab is played by Canadian actor Sage Brockelbank, he was first introduced during the Pilot episode, and has since been seen in a number of other episodes. He is an officer at the SBPD, and is currently engaged.
Officer [?] Allen
Allen is played by Patricia Idlette, and was seen during the Pilot episode [as well as one or two other episodes], and is heavily influenced by the paranormal. This influence/interest could easily be noted as a 'tragic flaw' in her character; she is easily fooled by Shawn, who uses her dead grandmother as a way to get to the evidence he needs.
Desk Clerk, Bobby
Richard Ian Cox's character, Bobby, is met during episode three, Speak Now or Forever Hold your Piece, as the desk clerk for the hotel. He is tricked by Shawn, who tells him he is part of the British Interpol, into giving information about the suspects' rooms.
Young Shawn
Liam James plays a Young Shawn throughout the majority of the series during the pre-episode flashbacks, where the overall lesson of the case is learned.
Robert/Ragina/James
Frank Whaley's character is found in the episode, Who Ya Gonna Call?, and is drawn to Shawn and Gus due to the 'apparent' haunting of his home. After investigation, it is found that he actually suffers from a Multiple Personality Disorder.
George Takei
George Takei plays himself in Shawn VS the Red Phantom. He is led to believe Shawn is his assistant, which grants Shawn and Gus entry into the comic-con.
Captain Brett Connors
Connors is played by Kurtwood Smith in the episode, Forget Me Not. He is former police captain and suffers from early-onset Alzheimer's.
Adam Hornstock
Michael Weston's character, Adam Hornstock, is the unimpressive, unsure-of-himself defense attorney met by Shawn and Gus during Cloudy...Chance of Murder. With the help of the 'psychic consultants,' he helps clear Sandra Panitch of all charges against her.
Detective Goochberg
Detective Goochberg is the crazy, "half-deaf, litigating nightmare of a detective" assigned to partner up with Lassiter during Scary Sherry: Bianca's Toast. Played by Mercedes Ruehl, she replaces O'Hara due to the latter's undercover assignment at a sorority house.
Emilina
Gina Gersham's character, Emilina, is a judge on the popular television series [which is also the title of the Psych episode], American Duos. She is suspected of attempted murder of her co-star, Nigel St. Nigel, but is found innocent upon further inspection. Lassiter seems to like her. [ooooh~]
Nigel St. Nigel
Also met in American Duos, Tim Curry's character, St. Nigel, is the victim of many attempts on his life, and enlists the help of psychic detective Shawn and partner Gus. His horrible personality proves it difficult to pinpoint the almost-murderer. As stated by Gus, "I've been with him ten minutes, and already I wanna kill him."
Zapato
Christian de la Fuente's character is also a judge on American Duos, and is found to be the 'partner-in-crime' of Bevin Rennie Llywellen. The two men are arrested at the end of the episode for numerous attempts at Nigel St. Nigel's life.
Agent Ewing
Played by Lou Diamond Phillips, Ewing is a Federal Treasury Department agent that was brought to Santa Barbara during the episode Psy vs. Psy to help capture a counterfeiter that had recently been spotted.
Lyndsay Leikin
Agent Leikin was the FBI's head psychic, brought along by agent Ewing in Psy vs. Psy to aide in the capture of the counterfeiter.
Uncle Burton
Gus's uncle for whom he is named after appeared in Meat is Murder, but Murder is Also Murder and followed the duo on a case for the entirety of the episode.
Mira
Gus's former wife. Appeared in There's Something About Mira.
Irving Parker
Lassiter's [soon-to-be ex-] father-in-law. Received title of Head Monarch after the original receiver's murder.
