As you walk along a strangely lonely road you just happen to look up and see it. It looks like a small mansion, with all the windows on the right brightly lit, but all the windows on the left are dark and seem to glow with an eeary light. But that's not the only thing that's strange about the mansion, as while the right side of the mansion was painted white with swirling golden designs the left side was painted black and decorated with silver swirls instead of golden ones. As you near the mansion to can see that the large front doors are also different. While the one on the right seems to be made of a light and glittering oak, the left door was a deep and shining mahogany. Even the handles on the doors were different, with the one on the right being gold while the one on the left is silver. As your gaze slowly lifts to above the doors you see a plak, the only thing that isn't divided into two different colors on the left and the right. In polished silver, carved out to reveal elegant golden script, it reads... ~Welcome~ ~To the School Of Day and Night~

As you pull open the doors of this strangely colored school you realise that, most likely, the plak is the only normal thing about this place. You're greeted by a long hallway, with white marble tile going down the right side and black marble tile going down the left. The right wall is covered with paintings of the sun in many different styles, golden wallpaper shining brightly. On the left the wall is covered with charts about the moon and it's many phases, along with pictures, all of which on a midnight blue wallpaper that seemed to glow faintly. The ceiling was divided too, white on the right and black on the left, with sun and moon hanging lights dangling from it. At the end of this hallway there is a door, which is most likely the strangest thing you've seen yet. It's a rather large circular door, with the right side of it painted as if it were the sun, if the sun had a face, while the other side was painted as if it were the moon, if the moon also had a face. Suddenly the closed eyes of the door blink open, mismatched gold and silver eyes blinking sleepily at you for a moment before the door opens it's mouth and... speaks?!

"Greeting, and welcome to the School of Day and Night. Through these doors you will be able to choose just which type of magic you wish to learn. On the right is the lessons and spells of one who chooses Day, while on the other, the lessons and spells of the one who chooses Night. Choose carefully, for once you pick which you wish to learn it will be difficult for you to learn spells from the opposing side." With that... lovely speech the eyes and mouth close and the strange speaking door swings open on it's own, ushering you deeper into the school.

This small room, like the rest of the school, was divided and strange. Though, instead of tile floors, this room was carpeted. On the right side of the room the floor was a plush yellow with swirls of orange a gold throughout. On the left the carpet was smooth and sleek and midnight blue, decorated with spots of silver to make it look like the midnight sky. A little ways away were two desks; one on the right and one on the left.
On the right side of the room the desk was golden, covered with gold bobbles and seemingly useless nic-nacs. There was also a model of the sun, and in front of it was a name plate. Madame Ravagon The name of the Light magic instrustor was carved into the thin plate of gold in the same elegant script that was found on the front of the school, and it glittered in the light of a small lamp on the desk that was gold and yellow, the lampshade decorated with smiling suns. It seemed this teacher was kind...
On the left side of the room the desk was black, a neat set of silver instruments resting neatly on it's surface. There were also charts of the moon and all it's phases, and on top of it was a name plate. Professor Lockhart The name of the Night magic instructor was carved into the thin plate of silver in the same elegant script that was found on the front of the school, and it shown in the light of a small lamp on the deck that was silver, the lampshade was black and decorated with the many phases of the moon. It seemed this teacher was organized...

Sitting open on the edge of each desk was a book and a pen, both books bound in brown leather and filled with lined pages... but nothing in them. At the top of each page, in rather small but still readable writing, was this message:
Student Sign In Book All students who wish to take this class must sign their name into the proper book. All students wishing to study magic in this school must be at least at the surprise stage. All non Second You students who wish to study magic in this school must at least own one Second You. After signing in please go through the appropriate door, where you will meet your instructor and begin your lessons. Good Luck

In the back of this small room were two closed doors, one on each side of the room. The one on the right was like the front door, light colored wood with a small gold handle, while the one on the left was also like the front door, mahogany with a small silver handle. Should anyone try to go through those doors without having signed in, or have signed in by for the opposite class, the doors would not open, having been sealed with a strong charm that prevented such things. Only a student who signed in and had then gone to the appropriate door could then open the door and then go inside, greet their teachers, and begin their lessons.

Selena appeared at the front of the school and thought for a moment, perhaps she could learn new spells here..that she could use..while she played her flute which was related to the element of light. She took a breath and headed towards the front doors humming to herself..cheerfully. She picked up her pace and walked in walking up where two books were set up..one for light and one for Dark.
She thought for a moment and decided she signed into the light..book and followed the path to the appropriate door and paused looking at the door that led to the start of her lessons. She pushed the door open and peered in "anyone here?" she called out, and waiting for a moment

A woman sat it a large, fluffy chair, legs lightly crossed, a parasol open over her head. She didn't... look... like someone who would be teaching light magic. Her sleek hair down to her shoulder was jet black, with ruby red eyes glittering as she smiled. She stood, closing up her parasol, her black dress shifting back into place as she stepped forwards.
"Hello deary, welcome the the School of Day and Night! I'm Madame Ravagon, and I will be your instructor."
She then held out her hand, and within seconds it began to glow. When the glow faded a book was left in it's place.
It was a orange, gold, and yellow book, decorated with a sun detail.
"This will be your book of Light spells that you've learned here. When ever you have mastered a spell it will write itself within this book. However, so that you don't overdue yourself, you can only learn three spells every few days. So, are you ready to learn?"

Selena blinked and took the book from her instructors' hands and held it close "thank you ma'am" she said and thought for a bit before nodding her head again "yes..I'am ready to learn" she replied

Madame Ravagon smiled. "Good! Then we'll get started."
She walked back over to her chair, placing her parasol down on it before returning to Selena. "Let's start off with something simple. How about creating a bit of light?"
