I really don't think it has much to do with being gay or not. I have not done any drugs and none of me homosexual friends had either. But I'm not ruling it all out. I go know a few people that are gay and use drug or have used them. I also know a few people that arent' gay and use drugs. I think it really has to do with how you grew up. Maybe your parents did it, or the people that were your friends, some one you looked up to, maybe you had a low self essteem; it coudl be a number of things. Maybe where you live there's not a high rate, and you're lucky to have good friends like that- but it's not so at my Highschool. Every gay/lesbian I know, with the exception of 3. Maybe it's because I live in NH, they're all bored. o_O; Trees and cows...

Gay back then had a since of being invincible since they didnt have to worry about getting pregnant, and with that mentality came "drugs wont hurt me".
I don't see a correlation between the ability to be pregnant and understanding the effects of drugs. That's a wide gap. And if I knew anyone who thought like that, frankly, it would just scare me.
