The general city. This is where you RP when it's not a specific part of the city.

The red Sedan pulled up along the roads of Trabia, the streetlamps casting lines of light on the inhabitants as the Vampire in the driver's seat switched gears on the stick-shift and slowed down the car before parking it in front of what looked to be a nightclub. There was a relativly short line of punk-goth types waiting to get in, all of them sporting some kind of outfit that left little to the imagination as to what lay underneath.

"You said you were interested in trouble Nyssul... About now would be the only chance you will get to back out of it if you would like to. Just to give you an idea, there is someone who frequents this place whom I would like to have a conversation with. Bythe end of the negotiations he will either be an endentured servant or his blood will be mine. Though I imagine his 'friends' won't apreciate such a thing."

He looked over to Nyssul, Smiling that smile he had worn when she was speaking of her pursuer's slow demise... It was the smile that made most women he encountered quiver, in fear or a taboo excitement. Admittedly though, most women he met were everyday humans.

Nyssul sat still for a moment staring at the group outside the club. After some thought she turned and gazed directly into his eyes. She imagined that a very small, and mostly unlucky group of people had ever gazed so straight into him.

She unclasped the broach at her collar bone, this allowed her to pulle her cloak off. She put it behind her seat, revealing black wide leg, comfortable fitting pants that held a myriad of little compartments which in turn contained an assortment of useful items. She also wore a low cut, fairly tight, but not too much so, crimson red shirt whose long sleeves were just loose enough to conceal the four throwing knives she bore on each forearm. The gun strapped to her him glinted in the light of the street lamps, and a short katana lay poised at her hip. An onlooker would be amazed at what she could pull out of the fold, or underneath that robe.

Now her eyes turned back to him. They were the eyes of a feroscious cat, and seemed to glow in the night.

"Sword too much?"

Arthur merely chuckled as he shook his head and reached over to run a hand over the hilt of the katana before giving her the mischevous grin once more, "Yes, I would toss it in the back seat for now. After-all, he may decide on the healthier choice anyway, though I wouldn't hold my breath for it."

It was now that he unlocked the doors and slowly got out of the car, stopping for just a moment to look over his shoulder to her, half in and half out of the car, "A sociopath would probably find your readiness as an arrousing trait, I hope you realize that. Though I mean it in the most polite way humanely possible."

She slid the sword off her belt and layed it on top of the robes and opened her door. A new grin exposed itself to him, punctuated by a slew of rather sharp looking teeth much different the that ones she had before.

"A good scout and all that jazz. What does a vampire think of my readiness? That is what concerns me."

Her boots touched the concrete with almost no sound. The high laces concealed on more knife, just in case.

"Well for one this vampire finds it quite convenient and helpfull, though he may have been looking forward to seeing what you could do without any tools."

Then he merely smiled a bit wider before he held his arm for her to take as he invited her to walk with him towards the door of the club, ready to skip the line and go straight in.

She took his arm and grinned again.

"Don't tempt me, I could leave them behind and show off a bit."
PostPosted: Tue Jul 17, 2007 10:29 pm

Arthur merely smiled as they made their way towards the door. The bouncer looked at Arthur with a rather curious glance before his eyebrows raised in a show of sheer suprise. Needless to say, he let them in without a word of protest, though the others in the line started complaining of course.

Arthur though, was more than content to be here within the club. The place was mostly black with rather poor illumination, the DJ's booth was lit by a blacklight and the bar was under similar conditions. To the casual observer this was indeed a rave club for the more gothic oriented, but also it had booths off to the sides so that one might have a seat.

"Hmm. I never was partial to this style of dancing. But I ask just a single favor for our festivities for this evening. If you go and mingle, you'll know when to step in as long as you can see me. I will be heading right over there."

It was now that Arthur raised his hand to point at a booth that held 4 people within it, with two rather burly types standing guard. Then he turned to Nyssul and put his left hand on her cheek while his right hand gently rested against her waist and he leaned forward slowly, feigning a kiss on her cheek as he whispered in her ear quietly, "Above all else, remember to have fun with them." then he slipped away from her slowly, standing there to await her response, though his hands had not moved yet.

She nodded and allowed herself to be carried into the crowd. She couldn't say this was really something she would enjoy doing every night, but she had been introduced to it while she was "In service" and she blended in well enough.

She kept close enough to the booth so that she could keep an extra keen eye on it, while at she same time she involved herslef in a few of the yelled conversations that sprung up near by.

Her job had been to listen, and she was good at doing it in a crowded room. Nyssul now set to the task of weeding out all the minds to find those that she was interested, the ones belonging to the people in the booth.

Arthur smiled and watched her for a few moments, allowing her to get set up in a sense before he simply strolled towards the booth. Without even thinking about it people moved out of his way in their frenzied dance to the deep resonance of the darkened techno. As he aproached though, the two burly types stepped up to get in his way, one of them even had the nerve to put a hand on Arthur's shoulder and tell him he had gone far enough. This proved to be a large mistake for the bodyguard because Arthur used the power of his own unliving blood to activate one of his abilities known as potest Nox Regere, but only after having grabbed the second man as well. This ability sent the three into the ShadowMeld, and Arthur teleported back instantly, leaving the bodyguards there...

The booth was of course imediatly deffensive and a few of the inhabitants were already reaching for their weapons in their jackets. But Arthur merely raised his hands in a sign of truce.

The one in the middle, obviously a leader type of individual, spoke to Arthur first. "Who the hell are you and what are you doing in my club?"

Arthur's response came with a predatory smile, and he began speaking slowly as he leaned forward onto the table, resting his palms on the surface of it, "Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of wealth and taste, I've been around for a long, long year, stole many a mans soul and faith."

Who said you couldn't use a Guns N Roses line in a club now-a-days anyway?

"But to put it simply, My name is Arthur Victoriano Levistus... An associate of yours has happened to make the horrid mistake of declaring me an enemy of your Clan and I don't appreciate it. My offer is simple though and you even have a few choices to accept. One, you find her and silence her for me. Two, you start working for me instead of her and I kill her instead. Or three, you refuse and I get to kill you and her. Regardless of your choice... I win."

The man, though pale normally, was as white as a sheet... He'd heard a bit about this man now standing before him to say the least. But then he narrowed his eyes and just whispered, "******** you." then pulled out a 9 millimeter and pointed it right at Arthur's nose.

Nyssul had allowed her mind to creep a little closer to the tabel than her body had. She had heard the conversation. In fact, she had laughed at the lyric, and for a moment wondered if anyone had heard her mind's chuckle.

The production of this gun set off her survival instinct however, and in little more than a blink a large wolf stood next to Arthur with the gun in its mough, along with a bit of a finger or two.

Now the woman formed again.

"Forgive the intrusion, but an assault on a friend, despite their capabilities, is worth my notice."

The same bloody gun had been turned on the man now reeling and looking at his fingers.

Arthur smiled over at Nyssul and merely raised an eyebrow in amussment before looking back at the man who was now thoroughly convinced that he was as dead as a door-nail unless he pulled some really fancy maneuver. sadly for him, it took him too long to come up with one.

So Arthur tilted his head enticingly as he bore his eyes into the man's, his presense a rather intimidating one as he spoke softly now, "So, would you like to keep your face connected to the rest of your head or shall I liberate you of it?"

The man now leaned back with a start, a look of fear and hate on his face before he commanded the others in the booth to leave. They did so grudginly though.

"I'll do it." came his whimpered voice, to the much amussed smile spreading across Arthur's face.

With the answer Nyssul raised the gun, but didn't release the hammer.

"I like when my friends get their way. It makes me happy to make them happy."

After a hesitation, she pulled bloody bits out of a pocket. It was about half an inch to an inch of the man's index and thumb.

"Here, you can have these back. They'll stain my clothes. I would suggest putting them in ice."
PostPosted: Tue Jul 17, 2007 11:20 pm

Arthur chuckled softly as the man took them, "No hard feelings there. I'm simply looking out for my better interests and you're one who can help me of course."
Then Arthur stood straight once more as he took Nyssul's hand and gave the back of her hand a quick kiss, "And thank you for your help as well."

It was now that the man showed his true nature though. While Arthur had his back turned he used a vampiric ability he had been taught and his speed increased to inhuman capabilities as he also pulled out a large curved knife and leapt at Arthur, reaching around the vampire and causing a massive slash across his throat before bolting off through the crowd.

Arthur though, his the ground like a sack of wet cement as he fell to one knee, glaring and watching the man flee as his hand covered his now slashed neck... Which wasn't bleeding at all.

Nyssul bent for a moment and smelled no blood. Her knowlege of vampires and her instincts told her that he was in no danger.

With less than a second's thought she jumped into the rafters and an orangatang version of her quickly made its way through the oncovered bars. A large mountain lion landed on the other side of the crowd and followed the man outside.

The beast caught up with him in the moonlight and ripped a rather nasty looking hole in his right calf to keep him from wondering off. The knife he had brandished was snatched from his blood soaked grip. Nyssul stood with her front paws on his chest, allowing a gutteral and ferrel growl to issue from the depths of her throat. She stared him in the eye, inches from his face.

"What did I say about assaulting my friends? Now we will wait here and I'll let him do with you as he likes. And I think he'll do much worse than I've already dreamt up."
