I have two parties that I can't decide on, as both have served me VERY FREAKING WELL.
Team 1
Metagross
Spiritomb
Gyarados
Flygon
Venasaur
Infernape
Team 2
Tyranitar
Garchomp
Lucario
Arcanine
Porygon Z
Starmie
And in my usual fashion, I've made both teams as adept as possible at both single and double battles (although I prefer double).

Nintenbro This is my great party (even tho I don't got the Pokemon well trained yet [too lazy xd ]) 1)Arcanine 2)Blissey 3)Dragonite 4)Starmie 5)Shuckle 6)Crobat I tried using a shuckle and just couldn't get it to work. They have hella-def, but their hp is just too low.

Lol. My team may sound medi-ocre, but I beat Krypto with it :
1. StarRappa (StarRaptor)
2. Zappa (Jolteon)
3. Miss Klawz (Weavile)
4. Envy (Shiny Espeon FTW)
5. MonkeyBiz (Infernape)
6. MegaMan (Yanmega)
I dont use in that specific order, but yeah I got some strategies, and very well spread out movesets. cool
And even if you come up with the "perfect" counter team, you will cry when I demolish it. twisted
Jk. I dunno, I just think its pretty good. Haven't lost much with it.
