A large building with many homes inside it. Everything needed for the Gorotsuki members is located in this building. It has the same type of security system as that of the Akatsuki Base, whereby any unwanted guest (unwanted by the leader) will die instantly when passing through the main gate.

A man with long white hair approaches the base. He has faint black eyes and is easily six feet tall. He is wearing a white shaul over his body and black pants with large holes in the legs. His feet and hands are bare, free of clothing.

After a few minutes the man leaves the area.
