A bar that reeks of sin and booze in reality belongs to the Kage Council and offers and it's hidden basement as a safe-haven for shinobi in this ninja-hating city. You may drink and speak freely of your jutsu's amongst others here. I will be NPCing as the bartender until someone volunteers to be it.
About "CI"

(I know I might be in the fort right now, but will be moving here as soon as I can.)
Eco paced the floor of the basement of the bar, gazing at the shinobi before him. He halted his pace and began.
"Greetings, my fellow shinobi. I have summoned you to offer you an... oppurtunity." he said, choosing his words carefully. "It has come to my attention that a special force is needed, an elite unit dedicated to task of utmost importance and danger. An Anbu squad." His eyes darted across the room, searching for reactions. "I will choose only four of you, and all may apply. Jounin, Chuunin, and even Genin. All but I... If more then four of you desire the spot, a test will be adminstered at the village. From the test I will choose a leader. The rest of the information will unfold as it is needed. If you wish to join, listen to this first. Anbu is nothing like anything you have ever experienced before. The tasks you will be faced with are above Thane himself, and your mortality rate is higher then you can imagine. For those who don't make it on the squad first time, don't worry. A new spot will be open very quickly. To those who wish to join, speak now!" he yelled, waiting for the responses.

Kyosuke watched as Yuudai volunteered. He was having a hard time deciding. He wanted to prove himself, but not to die earlier or have tht chance. Before he knew it he felt himself raise his hand and say,"I would like to join as well."

Eco nodded at Yuudai upon his proud salute. "Consider yourself signed up." He glanced over at Kyo, giving him an interrogative stare. "You have also chosen to join the medical corps, correct?" he asked.

Kyosuke chuckled. He was growing to like Amaya even though he didn't know her too well and only met her twice before."I doubt that its only exclusive to men, Amaya. Kinoichi can be as strog or stringer than male ninja." he said.

He sort of laughed and said,"I really wouldn't know too much about that but I have fought a few really strong kinoichi before."

Akora walked in and peered through the doors to see what was going on.
"Oh...ANBU sign ups...hahah." She laughed to herself when she saw that Yuudai and Kyo had volunteered, "Wow...that would be fun, I suppose..."
She shrugged and walked in, watching the process...."That does sound interesting..."
Suddenly she raised her hand in a salute, "HIKAGE SIR! I would like to sign up to try out for an ANBU position! Is that ok, Sir?"
Despite the fact her life was on the line and could be ended prematurely, she was happy to try and be by her friends' sides. Her own death was the last thing on her mind when she saw Yuudai step up.
