Ahh, I feel like I'm getting BIGGER. Maybe it's just because I was doing so well before school ended, but I feel like I'm having trouble loosing/maintaining my weight right now. I'm not eating more than I did before school was out, I'm eating about the same amount, and I still have lots of physical activity (working with kids @daycamp, running around, swimming.) Another thing is all the other girl leaders that are my co-workers are wayy skinny and I think I might be comparing myself to them and I don't know what to do, if it's all in my head or if I am gaining weight.

It sounds like you are still physical and still eating right so I personally feel it can be all in your head. Have you been weighing yourself, or keeping body measurements to see how many inches you are losing?

I've lost 18 pounds total so far and I notice very little difference. You just have to go with what the scales and measurements are saying. And you may actually gain a tiny bit from being so physical because of increased muscle mass. Muscle is heavier but less dense then fat so don't be scared of gaining muscle!

I would say just keep weighing yourself and monitor your eating habits. It's easy to fall back into eating food when not in school so don't let the temptation get to you!

I checked, I havn't gained any weight.
And I just noticed some of my t-shirts that were almost small on me, are a bit baggy...I think it's in my head. sweatdrop
