I just got my test results back... I got a really high four! Yes!
Well, the results did come a month late.
Discuss:
AP tests... hard, easy, never taken them?
Test results and grades always come in the mail late

I took the English one when I was in school. I got a three. I think I was the only one in my class that got that high.
Didn't really amount to much though, it seems.

They are great when you start college. You can easily shorten your college career by a year if you do well on the tests. Take all of them that you can. It doesn't harm you if you don't do well, and it is surprisingly easy to get credit for the lower level course. Each year of a high school subject roughly equates to a semester of the same college course. So if, like me, you took four years of foreign language in high school, you can knock out two years of college language in just one test.
Well worth the trouble. Highly recommended. Wish I done more than I did.

I'm taking dual credit (both high school and college credits) next year. Let's see... three dual credit, two AP... and Art. I haven't managed to get one credit of fine arts in edgewise with my Freshman and Sophomore schedules (straight academics).
I glomp AP tests blaugh There is actually a real possibility of me entering college as a Sophomore. Wise fool, that's me sweatdrop

I'm taking an AP test next Thursday for my Environmental Science class. If I get a 3 or better I get 3 credits for a 300 level Biology class. I really hope I can manage the credits, I'm pretty confident. Considering I want to major in Marine Biology, those credits are pretty essential.
