One of the main complaints I see against the Battle System is how everyone thinks the devs are too lazy to let people use their weapons that they bought, such as the Sword of Aegis or Ancient Katana. The fact is -- surprisingly enough! ([/sarcasm]) -- this makes the game both unfair and unbalanced. The ring system, however, makes people actually have to work to get good at the BS.
The question is, where do you stand in this debate? Do you support the ring system, or do you oppose it?

I support. Although it would be cool to wield weapons, it's unfair to someone like Chadshook (no offense to him) because he has no weapons. The rings allow everyone to have an equal chance and start off on the same level. Then they can build strength from their. Plus, the rings will give us things that the weapons wouldn't wink

that, and there would be a huge demand for the items. the price of those items would skyrocket and no one would have them except a few rich bastards. And what would count as a weapon? all held items? would you be able to use the sun staff to beat down people? or would it be strictly swords? rings keep it simple.

My reasons are the same as everyone else's, pretty much. Rings are flexible, unique, and have more variety than weapons.

Basically what Skine said. I dont have any weapons and neither do a lot of people, but rich people can still buy rings from the marketplace if they want to be better. But, they would still have to level up to use them, and they said we wouldn't be able to use weapons a while back. So yeah.

I support the ring idea becasue it would be really unfair to the less fortunate who cant afford expensive items and to newcomers,but i think after a certain level in the Battle system they should allow you to use weapons as well, but still wouldnt be quite effective like rings. Mybe they could allow the weapons but just make them all have the same stats.I dont know xp
