I have to admit... Angel was a essencial character. I do like him... 100(s) of miles away from Buffy, mind you... LOL

The only thing I didn't like about Angel was his initial attitude in the show. He seemed Cocky... then it quickly turned into this whole big "I love Buffy" Thing. I didn't understand that.

He was actually pretty cool right at the begining of Buffy. You're right once the whole Angel loves Buffy thing came around. It was like he only showed up to make out with her or save her. Wasn't much Angel about him He was just kinda like felcroed to Buffy's side... WHen he wanted to be that is.

I don't get the beginnings of the Buffy/Anel relationship, Buffy starts off not being able to make her mind up about him- 'when you kiss me, i wanna die', then they sleep together... WTF?

Yeah, and he is one of those guys in the classic sense of Tall, Dark and Handsome.
And, another personal opnion here, but I'm allowed. He is also one of those guys that knows he is good looking, but he doesn't abuse it like some good looking guys, and that is rare.
Know what I mean, some good looking guys, know it and act like they are the hottest thing on earth or something....
David/Angel isn't like that, or at least doesn't seem to be.
