How much water is too much water to drink in one day? Right now I'm drinking around 3000ml (96oz) Is that too much?

This depends on factors like bodyweight, your activity levels, electrolyte intake, kidney health, there's really no straight answer. Drink when you're thirsty, or maybe slightly more as to prevent it, but not excessively beyond it.
If you find yourself unable to avoid water, drink very cold water, or very hot (tea). Both extremes will limit the rate you can drink it.

I knew a guy who drunk 5-6L a day (5000-6000mL) and he was fine.
But it depends on your tolerance to it. I know if I drank that much, I would feel sick and very dizzy.
As long as you don't feel faint, you will be fine.
The reason you feel faint (from what I understand), you are diluting the salt and electrolytes in your body. So increase your intake of that also (add some to your water - gatorade is a good substance, even just a dash of salt is ok).
But if you are feeling fine, you don't have to worry too much about it

Normally 2 Litres is enough
I take in 4 Litres a day
Hmm... Generally the more water you drink the better, it increases your metabolism, reduces the body's need for water retention, and its better than drinking any other substance on this planet razz
Bodybuilders generally consume 10L of water a day..... now thats crazy...

I usually drink about 4 liters of water a day as well. I could probably drink a lot more, I usually finish one liter in a sitting and still want to drink more, but my water bottle is just a liter. Haha. I'd have to look for the closest water fountain to fill it up.
Hrmm...maybe I should what's the biggest amount of water I can drink through out a normal day.
