>>The Story

Our story begins in the 15th Century, or the Medieval times if you like to call it. We find ourselves at a small village not far from the palace of King Darrius and Queen Natashia. In this village, lived to young souls, a female named Bethany Annesley and a male named William Joven. These two souls started off at a far relationship. Beginning with the first sight of each other, going to the secret glances when the other wasn't looking, to the dreamy staring contest from across the room, to the secretive flirting. This little relationship had lasted for so many years, ten years to be exact. So by the time they finally admitted their love for each other, Bethany was already 18 and William was 19. After their love confessions, Bethany and William's relationship took a good path. They were going to get married when Bethany turned 19 and until then William would work hard to get the plans going.

But then came the war, and all the able bodied men of the kingdom had to go fight. Meaning that the wedding would have to wait until he gets back. Bethany was hurt having to hear that her one love would have to leave her to fight in a war that was none of their business. So at the parting of goodbyes, Bethany shared one last kiss with William, and waited.

A year later, a letter came to Bethany by a soldier from the king's army. As she read the letter, her heart broke into many peices. William was dead. After that day, she felt no love for anyone else. She could never get over her first love. And so, for two long years, Bethany lived her life as plain as ever, only she rarely smiled. She didn't even care for her life anymore. Then came the day when Prince Philip, the king's son, came into the vilage and set his eyes on Bethany. He told his father that he wanted to marry her and have her be his queen.

With the permission from her parents, Bethany sighed and went with the plans. Now she lives in the palace, her wedding only nine months away. But little did she know, the man of her life that she assumed was dead was actually right under her nose in the palace. William is a knight in the palace, only he is under cover for the other kingdom. He is now their spy, and for good reason but that shall come later. For now, we will see the many reactions and what is to happen inbetween the nine months before the big wedding. What will happen? Will our dear William reveal himself to his love? Will he be furious at her for accepting the proposal? Or will he just try to win her back, after three years of being away from her?

Bio: Before the death of her beloved William, Bethany was an outgoing girl. Always smiling and laughing with her frieds. She was a very dedicated person as well, she cared for all her loved ones when they needed her. And she loved William so much. She was ready to marry him until he was suppose to go to the war. The news of his death had crushed her so much, that she could not love again. The only sugn of love she had was toward her friends and family, but after that, no smile showed on her face, at least not a real one. And now she is to marry Prince Philip, a man she will never love. Her one wish is to see her precious William again. But little did she know, her dear William was right around the corner, just waiting to be in her arms. Only she couldn't recognize him, thanks to the armor and the change of appearance he had. Will she ever know that her precious William is still with her?

Bio: William is the adventurous type. But he never got to go on so many adventures living in a small village with a population of only 78 people. If it weren't for his beloved Bethany, William would have fled off to find a journey of his own. William loves Bethany with all his heart. The minute he laid eyes on her was the minute he knew he was not going to love any other woman for the rest of his life. He was set straight to marry her. Just as he got all things planned out, he got a letter infoming him that he would be fighting in the war. He finally was getting his adventure. But it meant leaving his Bethany behind.
During the war, William fought many battles. Until the day he was taken captive by the other kingdom, but he did not mind. He had found out good information about King Darrius's kingdom that he did not know, and agreed to be the other kigdom's spy. Being that, he had to change his apppearance. And there was the job of spreading the rumor that he was dead. Although he did not expect that Bethany would hear about this. So for two years, William has been undercover as a knight in Darrius's palace, sneaking out at night to notify the other kingdom about the news he has heard.
Then came the day when he would be distracted from his duty. As William stood at his post in the palace, a beautiful yet familiar figure past him without a glance. He had heard about the beutiful bride the prince wa sable to snag and wanted so badly to know who she was. But his heart dropped like a rock to find out that it was his beloved Bethany that was his soon-to-be bride. Not focusing on his duty, William did all he could to get close to her.

Bio: Prince Philip is the noted elegible(sp?) bachelor of the whole kingdom. All the women want him. And he goes along with it. He has been going along with it since he was 14. But now, he has gotten serious and wants to find a wife. Luckily for him, he strode onto a small village and found his future queen. One look at Bethany and he fell hard. He rode back to the palace and told his father that he wanted her as her bride. Even with the war going on, the king found time to go to the village and ask permission from Bethany and her parents. Surprisingly for Philip, Bethany accepted the proposal point blankly. It got him a little worried but he did not care. He had his bride. But now he had to wait nine months before the wedding. Everything at the palace was going perfectly fine for the prince, except that his princess was not smiling at all, and the new knight was acting very suspicious. But again, he shrugged it off and continued to plan out his wedding. Little did he know that the new knight was his princess's one and only love and that this knight was not only a spy, but planning on getting to his bride.

Bio: Rebecca (or Becky as she likes to be called) is Bethany's favorite cousin. Bethany tells her everything from her feelings to the stupid wedding she agreed upon. Rebecca stays with Bethany at the palace to keep her sane. She's just like Bethany before William's death. She's always smiling and laughing and can make anyone have a good time, even Bethany. She's the social butterfly of the family, always gossiping with the girls back at the village, or flirting with the men. She hates this wedding that her cousin had gotten herself into (even though she is the maid of honor). But ever since Bethany's love William died, she can't stop her cousin's plans. No matter what she did. Now living at the palace with Bethany, Rebecca finds other ways to entertain herself, like flirting with the knights and guards when the king or prince wasn't looking. Then there comes in a new knight. From the minute Rebecca laid eyes on the new knight (his name is unknown to everyone) she knew something was familiar in him. Something that made her smile when she thought about it. But the problem was, she just couldn't quite put her finger on it. But what will happen when she finds out that the mysterious new knight is the one man that her cousin wants to love? Will she help him with his plans at getting her back?

Bio: Guinevere is the second oldest sibling in the Joven family. But what she likes the most is that she is known as her brother, William Joven's favorite sibling. Guinevere is pretty much a twin of William's. She looks like him and acts like him. Then when she found out that William had fallen for Bethany, she was a little pissed about it at first but soon learned to love Bethany all the same. She was happy to hear that they were going to get married.
Then the war came, and the wedding was being called off because William had to fight. Guinevere was crushed, she was not going to be able to see him for a long time. A year after William left, and the family received news that he had been killed, Guinevere could not believe it. She wouldn't believe it. So without permission of her parents, Guinevere packed a rucksack of things she'll be needing and went off to find her brother. It took her many months to travel to the enemy kingdom. But once she made it, she asked everyone in the kingdom whether they have seen him or not. A year had past since she heard news of William's death, and everyday she thought that maybe it was probably true. Until one day, a drunk soldier told her that the kingdom had a spy, and his description of the spy was exactly like William. Jumping for joy, Guinevere returned home back to the village, only to hear that Bethany has gone to marry the prince. She could not believe it, so she did the unthinkable. She disguised herself as one of the dancers that the king has expertly hired to entertain the court. Now, Guinevere has a clear view of both Bethany and William who has surprisingly changed his appearance. Could Guinevere help them get back together under the nose of Prince Philip?
