Gaia Online has rules that apply to all guilds.
Please read and follow all rules.

In our guild, the guild Captain and their crew are charged with keeping order in their guild. Most violations should be reported to and dealt with by them. Moderators are usually only needed in the case of Captains or Crew not acting to keep guild members in line or being the ones who are breaking the rules themselves.
wahmbulance Besides the rules set by Gaia, here are our guild rules:
arrow Please make a poll on EVERY thread. People like to make extra money by voting in polls.
arrow Feel free to post as MANY threads as you wish. I just would like you to post them in the appropriate sections. If you do not your thread(s) will eventually be moved to the correct section.
arrow This is a discussion guild. Please don't spam just to be spamming. We would love for you to stay and chat, but just bumping and such is not necessary. If you spam repeatly you will get a spam warning.
arrow 5 spam warnings = banning.
arrow Always respect everyone in the guild. If you are ugly or mean to someone, you will get discrimination warning.
arrow 2 Discrimination warnings = banning.
arrow There are no warnings for cyber, abuse, racial slurs, hentai or porn. (Unless the thread is marked ADULTS only!) You will be banned AUTOMATICALLY.
arrow If a vice captain or crew member breaks these rules - Report them to me and I shall deal with them.
arrow If I break my own rules - report it to a gaia moderator.
arrow Please be literate. If you are illiterate on purpose this may result in a banning.
arrow Do not beg at any time. There are appropriate places for advertising your quest.
arrow Listen to requests from all mods within reason.
arrow Do not strech the pages or have siggy's which are to big. A moderator will delete your post if you do this.
arrow There will be threads where you can advertise, hold a contest, etc. Please ONLY post ads, contests, etc in those areas.
arrow Please only PM the mods for very important reasons - Unless of course you are their friend and they say you may - or PM you first.
arrow This is not the chatterbox, so do not create "Searching for Girlfriend/Searching for Boyfriend" threads. These threads do become annoying. Also, it is not alright to add these as poll options either.

exclaim I am looking for people that would be interested in being crew and moderators. I did make a few people that I thought might be interested in that (without asking - Bad Kitty! razz ) If you are one of those people and are not interested, please let me know.

Some reasons to join the guild:
Feel free to join my guild. I opened my own guild because I was getting tired of getting kicked from guilds because of inactivity. You do NOT have to be active in my guild. Really the only rules are you have to be nice to people, follow GO rules & to try to keep the conversation PG-rated.
If you want to join, you can also invite your friends to join. Some of the benefits include that you can have a thread to advertize your shop, quest or whatever; you can have pets, avie edit and extended siggy threads; you can have a thread that you just want here and don't want to loose. You may have as many thread as you would like. If you ask Kitty, she will be happy to sticky ANY thread you want (within reason). Also as I said you DO NOT have to be active.
There is no fee to donate. You can donated to the guild and I can use that gold to buy other subforums OR you can donate directly to Kitty and those funds will be used for prizes, etc (at some point in the future).
I hope you will decide to join. Also if you know a collector (of avie edits, pets, etc) or a friend that you want to invite in, PLEASE let Kitty or one of the Crew know.

question What about my friends? Can they join?
Yes, your friends are welcome. We don't want a lot of drama and running amok. A little running amok is perfectly acceptable! razz Your friends just need to follow the rules. Just tell Kitty or one of the Crew to send them an invite.
question Do I have to be active?
No, I mean we would LOVE to see you once in awhile, but there is NO activity requirements. If I can find someone who would like to an active Crew member we might have contests, etc later.
question Why is the guild private?
The guild is private because Kitty does not want to have to deal with a lot of crap. Pure and simple. I just wanted a place where I could put my pets, avie edits, posts, etc and NOT have to worry about being kicked out of the guild due to inactivity.
question Kitty used to play a lot now we never see her. Do we smell?
No, you don't smell. ;P I just get bored easy so I get really into one thing and then after awhile it will be something else. Right now I'm very into Maple Story.
question OH! Where does Kitty hang out on the web now?
Well there are a few places, and I do come by here on occasion. I will post a list of places where I hang out later.
question How often will the Crew and Kitty be on?
I can't speak for any Crew members and I really would like to find someone who would regularly check in on the guild for me (maybe once a week). That person maybe promoted to Vice Captain at some point. Kitty tries to check in several times a month.
