He's calm, level headed, mature, and sometimes cruel. He wont let anything get in his way when he has a goal to reach. Dispite his appearence he is actually in his twenties and is a superier warrier when it somes to combat. He has a militaristic way of looking at things and sometimes comes off as a tyrant; which isnt true. He believe in honor and will never fight someone to the death without exchanging names first. - As the name states, the Raigami clan have an inherit ability to use thunder. Their jutsu revolve around three things: weather, lightning, and yes; to an extent sound. This is possibly one of the most feared and most powerful clans of the thunder country. Those from this clan inherently fast, agile and have great reflexes. But the thing that makes them so deadly is the fact that they devote themselves to studying. Their jutsu are usually meant to in some shape or form disable the opponent or immobilize them, weather they physically paralyze them or play tricks on their mind.

This is the fighting style of the Raigami clan. It involve, quick precise strikes to various pressure points to disable the enemy. Though thier fighting style is similar to the hyuugas, the raigami style focuses on the physical aspects of thier target, instead of the internal workings and chaka of the target.

Weapon: Thunder Gauntlet (Raijin)
-This is Raiken, signiture weapon; the Thunder Gauntlet has no offensive capabilities, but it's true ability is that it augments Raiken's abilities. Raijin boosts Raiken's lightning based attacks greatly, but it other ability is what makes it live up to it's name; Raijin (thunder God). Any Lightning based technique Raiken encounters can be copied by Raijin.

-Sokidan: B-rank, Long Range, non elemental.
So far this is the only origional attack Raiken possesses. He condeses his Chakra into a denseball that he can guide with great precision and control. Unlike other homing attacks, the sokidan doesn't automatically follow its target, as Raiken has full control of it at all times. He must remain stationary and focused to manipulate the attack. Though it looks similar to the rasengan there are a total of 3 key differences. The first is that the Sphere doesnt need to be in contact with it's user to work (hence the flying), the second is that it doesnt swirl in multiple directions, and lastly this sphere can detonate on impact or when signified to do so.


-Dematerialization: Those of the Raigami clan have the ability to break down thier matter into a think cloud like matter. This is thier alternitive to the replacement jutsu.

-Thunderclap: The loud roar of thunder rains down from the heavens, it's deafening blow makes the target's eardrums burst.

-Raigami Style: Paralysis Technique: During contact with the target, the user sends out an eletrical impluse that disrupts the nerve receptiors of the body, causing the Target's body to become numb and useless.

-Black Secret Technique: Dark Illusion:
This jutsu acts upon the electrical impulses that surge through the brain; more specificly the central nervous system... By fluctuating the electrical impulses at a deisered rate, the user can trick the targets mind into seeing or believing whatever is desiered... Cruel experiences thats were surrpresed in the subconcious can be brought up, hallucinations can occur, and or, subliminal images can be projected into the targets thoughts.

Biju: Nibi; Nekomata
Nibi grants Raiken the Ability to Breathe and Manipulate the Element of Fire. Nibi's hellish flames have a deep purple hue.



Bio:
Raiken was born and raised in the cloud village and loves it dearly. His hopes and dreams are to one day rule over his country proudly, but unfortunately it doesnt eem like that'll happen any time soon. For the past 5 years in a row Raiken has entered the Chuunin exams and has failed each time. Skill-wise he can easily meet the demands it takes to be a
Chuunin but he isnt mentally ready. He is extremely immature and to a extent perverse. He's hot headed, loud, rude, obnoxius and self centered to boot. the main reason for never passing the exams is because he cant pass the first round. He's gets frustrated with the tests and begin to go on a ranting spree, resulting in him being kicked out of the building and being disqualified everytime. Despite this, he is an exceptionally talented shinobi when it comes to battle. He enjoys fighting and trains for it as often as possible ad though he is physially strong, he stressess speed in battle. He is noted for being able to use the bodyflicker technique more then any other shinobi in his class. This resulted in him being nick named the "speed demon of the cloud village" or the "lightning count".
Though he is capable of preforming jutsu, he relies heavily on combat, which in tern conserves his chakra. e's see's everyone around him as a threat and often looks down on them or treats them like dirt. Much like Naruto in Konoha, he's known for being a troublemaker. After a while, the proctors got tired of dealing with his in the exams so the assessed his combat skills and proclaimed him a jounin.

After hearing about the Akatsuki Orginization and the fact that there are others like himself; Raiken plans every Orginization that comes after him. After many years of being Nibi's container his personality slowly became closer to that of Nibi, becuase of this he plans on killing all the Jinchuuriki in oder to obtain the title as the best...
