I was fortunate enough to go to Anthrocon 2007 this year and it was absolutely fantastic! I was wondering if anyone else here has been to a Furry Convention before.

I've never been, I've always wanted to go. Most of the time I have the funds for it... No one has ever wanted to go with me... I don't think I would go alone.

I understand. It's good to go with friends. Hopefully you can make it to one sometime they are a whole hell of a lot of fun!

I went to different panels, I saw 2, The Ranting Gryphon and Uncle Kage live, and I bought some prints and got a whole lot of commissions done.

I went to AC this year with my boyfriend, it was pretty kool for my first con. im planning on making Fur Fright and then callign it quites for the year even though he's goign out to Further Confusion. id go but cant swing the money. any one else going to FF?

Well, i mean other than some groaping and a few rude questions it was a great time. there were just a few people who were alittle to forward with there wants.

A friend of mine said I should get used to bein' around furs in real life. The thing is not many Furries in San Diego except for a friend of mine and he's a pretty chill guy. However, that doesn't stop me from wanting to go
SD just seems to have something against any sub-culture thats isn't tightly related with comics or anime.

My mate and all the furs i hang out with like any where from an hour ro about 3 hours away from me and theres a few that in goign to road trip to see once i get my new apprenticeship up and going.

I've been going to Further Confusion since 2002. It's fun and, I make more artist friends that way... 4laugh It's also basicly in my backyard.It's here in San Jose, CA. I got to meet the costumer Sparks and Dark Natasha among other Artist that have tables there.
