This is where my ideas, thoughts, things to do, etc will go. This post will not be copy/pasted to the Guilds Forum. The next post will be where the "official" thread begins.

What we need to fit into the Guild Forum rules:

Title
Rather simple, have a title for your guild. It should reflect the focus of your guild, if it's an RP and if you are accepting members


Aim of the Guild
What is your guild, what is it's purpose, what makes it special? In the first post you should have a small introduction that tells people just what your guild is about that what makes it special.

Rules
Other then having to abide by the TOS and the rules of the Guild forum, what are the guild's own rules? For example, do you allow bumps, how does someone join your guild, what they should and should not do.


Member list
Have a list of the members that have joined your guild, and it is also advisable to list those that are not welcomed in your guild.


Tentative order of posts:
1st post- Intro (The Aim of the guild, when and why established)
2nd post- Rules
3rd post- Member list (will include a "regulars" list for regs who aren't official members, a grey list for troublesome visitors who are on warning, a blacklist for those not welcome in the thread and what positions we are currently recruiting for.)
4th post- Most current info (separated into storyline and non-storyline info)
5th post- older but still pertinent info
6th post- Archives (old info that is publically accessable but not pertinent enough to type all out. Links to transcripts.)
7th post- Affiliates and Other interesting threads (Mostly RP related)

General Rules:

1. Follow the TOS at all times.

2. Bumping is not allowed. Stay and talk, RP, be silly, anything other than unnecessary bumping.

3. Non-members are welcome in the thread, as long as they follow the rules.

4. No OOC drama. If you are having a problem with another person in the thread, take it somewhere else. This is "home" for many of us, and we don't want to deal with unecessary drama.

5. Three strikes and you're out. Failure to follow any thread rules will result in a warning. A second failure to comply will result in a second warning and land you on the Gray List, possibly a temp ban, depending on the behaviour. A third infraction will land you on the black list, meaning you are no longer welcome in the thread. Failure to respect this will get you banned from the thread permanently (through the ignore list) and reported for trolling/harassment.

6. We reserve the right to change or add to these rules at any time. We also reserve the right to skip the "three strikes" system if you are deemed to be a troll.

RP Rules:

RPing is welcome here, In fact, we encourage it. If you choose to RP with us, simply follow the rules.

1. You do not have to be a member to RP here. Just remember that the rules still apply to non-members.

2. Expect both RP talk and OOC talk at the same time in here. This is fine. If you want to chat OOC while there is RPing taking place, please use (( )) or a similar system to indicate that. However, if there is currently no RPing taking place on a page, the OOC marks are not necessary.

3. All styles and races are welcome. Magic, technology, Elves, Spirits, Androids, Demons, plain old humans, anythingyou can imagine are acceptable as long as they are made to fit into the world of Gaia.

4. No God-modding, unless given permission by the other player. If an action is deemed to be God-modding, or any other form of cheating, it will be ignored.

5. RP fighting is allowed, however, you may not destroy the building. Small, fixable damage is allowed. Any major damage must be cleared with Elec or Kaos 1st.

6. You do not have to apply to RP in this thread. Simply come up with a character, give them a reason to be here and start interacting with whoever else is IC at the time.

7. For RP purposes, this thread represents the lobby of the GIT building. If you want to take the RP to any of the other publically accessible areas, go to the RP Guild, where the rest of the building is represented. This is also where you go if you would like to formally apply for an RP position as a member of the GIT staff.

8. Romance is allowed, indeed, tends to by rather common here. However, cybering in any form is never allowed.

9. You may have as many RPCs as you want. And think you can handle. xd

10. We accept all RP experience and skill levels, however, we do expect you to do your best. One liners and poor writing are usually not very fun for anyone. If you would like to have help improving your RP skills, ask our more experienced members. Many of us are willing to help or to point you in the right direction to go to find help.

Storyline Info:

Summer's End Plot: The Von Helsons return with mysteries popping up everywhere.

Around the middle of July 2007 users received two PMs from NPCs, Edmund and the Von Hellson sisters, who had been thought dead. They had been crushed when Gambino's tower fell. Somehow they have survived, although the one sister looks stitched together, indicating that she at least had probally died and been ressurected. Some speculate it was thier father, Vlad, who ressurected them and in doing so made them vampires

The garlic and orchid are both purchased at the Barton Flower Shoppe.
After you give Edmund a garlic clove and a black orchid, he gave you a Black Orchid Brooch and said something along the lines of, "Please wear this for your saftey, I can't explain anymore, but you will need this."
This quest oculd be completed up to three times.

Shortly after completeing Edmund's quest the first time, users received this PM.

The Sister's Quest was more straight forward. They asked for donations. Each user could give the Sisters 500 gold in return for a Blood Brooch. This could be done three times.
Later revealed was a bar showing the two sides, Edmund and the Sisters, and the amount of quests complete, or Brooches worn, it's uncertain at this time. Underneath this bar are three wall papers for Gaians.
Ian, Louis(a Von Helson), and Vlad(the father of the Von Helson sisters). Indicating that all three would play important roles in the upcoming storyline.

From this info alone people have speculated that the story would be of vampires, the sisters being vamps and Edmund opposing them, either as a hero or werewolf. It is uncertain if there will be werewolves, as there is no real indication Vampires, however, seemed to be confirmed after a white haired man with fangs (assumed to be a new NPC named Zhivago) appeared in the latest Manga.

The inclusion of Ian's picture along with two known Von Helsons, has led to speculation that he too, is a Von Helson:

Lanzer:

-There will be zombies in the future, (this could be a part of this story, we have to wait to find out.)
(and this is the reason why a different way zombies are introduced for this plot)
-Gaia has the ability to program the same zombie events as in the past, but the admins desire to do somthing different.
-Ian's name will be revealed in the "upcoming event"!!! (this will be very important info...)
-Lanzer supports Edmund because he thinks Edmund’s cooler. (or does he already know whats gonna happen and likes Edmuinds side of the story better xD)
-The admins are thinking of a way to add zombies into the Halloween storyline. (lets hope this doesn't turn out like the zurg event and take forever but it coud and this be a part of it)
-The admins are zombie lovers.
-The UPCOMING PLOT WILL CONTINUE LATER THIS YEAR, AFTER THE SUMMER EVENT that is planned for later this Summer.

After the release of the first MMIV we see what may be a love at first site relationship between Moria and Louie. Not to much is revealed that we did not already know.

The latest mangas revealed that Ian is Damian and a von hellson. What he is being treated for is vampirism.

~Lobby Description~
As you pass thought the glass doors in to the large building you see a very open room. On the left of the room is a lounge area with a few large chairs around a TV with a coffee table. On the right side of the room is a table with many pamphlets describing the many jobs and things within the GIT.

In the center of the room is a large desk with a secretary standing behind it hanging above the desk is a large sign that has in large black letters these words Can We Help You?

~Building Defenses~
Lock down: All doors, windows, and hallways are closed off with heavy adamantium doors, 1 foot thick. In the center on both ends is a red crystal which eminates a magic barrier that can block most magic.

There are anti air craft missiles and turrets situated around the building as well as heavy bulter turrets and missile launchers. They have never been usede other than in testing, we hope not to have to use em. They are hidden under pannels.

Im lazy at the moment: there are all sorts of vehicals availiable if need be and agents are equiped with standard weaponry, when the building is under attack they can arm themselves with more state of the art weapons.

The building has fire alarms by the way xD so dont smoke. There are also many small robots who fix and clean things. Things get added as time goes on and I may have missed soemthing.
