How to make a Clan
To make a new clan, send Myon Telum or Hosagi Telum a pm entitled;
"(Name of your new clan here) Clan idea"
Then they'll run through it and depending if they like the idea and it won't be a Godmodder Ninja Clan they'll accept it and tell one of us to put it in ( it depends on what village the clan's in )
