Besides Howl's Moving Castle is there a Miyazaki movie you truly adore? For me it would be My Neighbour Totoro, the whole story just overwhelmed me with cuteness. I know there was more to it than that, but I think that's one thing I really liked about it.

I love all of his films b/c they are so inspiring but if I were to have to choose a favorite--besides Howl's Moving Castle-- it'd probably be a tie b/t Nausicaa and Princess Mononoke. I haven't seen My Neighbor Totoro yet but I do want to see it!

My Neighbor Totoro is my first Miyazaki .. I tried to be my band to play it on the shuttle bus to a really far away game but they didn't want too... plus the person telling the rest of the bus what it was called prononced it really wrong!! I was so mad whee GRRRRRRRRRRRR

I like most of his. My fav is tied. Spirited Away (Sento chihiro no kamikakushi), Princess Mononoke (Mononoke Hime) or Howl's Moving Castle (Hauru no Ugoku Shiro) I cant choose. sweatdrop xd

Princess Mononoke was my first, then I saw the others. (excluding Porcco Rosso, Castle in the Sky and Nausicaa)

I liked howl's moving castle the best because it sorta makes you think a little because the story was a little hard to figure out with all the teleporting and things. 3nodding

I adore both Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke. The first time I watched Mononoke was on VHS when I was babysitting my brothers...At their age, that wasn't a very appropriate movie for them to see, so everytime they came upstairs I would LEAP for the VCR and stop it...XD
I liked Castle in the Sky, but I think Musca should have won...(But I'm twisted like that)
And Kiki's Delivery Service was pretty cute, and Totoro was alright. I haven't brought myself to watch all of Nausicaa...(But I did watch The Cat Returns, which might not be a Miyazaki movie, but it's damn good.)

I personally like Nausica as the manga, not the movie. >_< i donno why. but princess mononoke was my third, i think. I think i read nausica first and then saw Castle in the sky...? i dont remember tho. sweatdrop
