Te recently opened docks has gathered many booats. The town is getting new shipments everyday and more business. There are eaven businesses opening on the docks. You can get there through the town square.

The silver moon shined through the night, the clouds keeping it safe in it's velvety arms. A raven haired wolf sat on the edge of the empty dock, smoke rising from the cig between her firey red lips. She flicked the stub into the waves of the the ocean, challenging the moon with golden eyes. She stared down at the water, seeing her muddled reflection in it's calmness. Her feet dangled over the edge of the wooden walkway, sighing as she reached into her pocket for another packet.

Karen walked along the dock in the night. She saw some vendors still open and wandered over to them. She looked at some of them items, and listened to the seller trying to persuade her to buy something. She then walked away, the seller having a gaped mouth at her. She smirked as she saw some more vendors sitting around the dock. She walked away from the vendor area, reaching the more boat-ish area. She saw some boats docked here, and noticed someone else. She walked over and recognized Maia.

She didn't bother to glance over her shoulder, grabbing a cig from the packet and putting it back in her pocket. Before she could light it, she dropped the cig into the water, leaning her head on one of the side banisters sickily. She groaned in pain, squeezing the light. Her nails where chipping the wood of the post but the pain passed and she sighed, not yet acknowledging Karen's prescence.

Karen looked at Maia worriedly. She kneeled down next to her and said. " Those children given ya some pain?" Karen looked at her still worriedly. She then noticed Maia's cig in the water. She frowned and then looked back at Maia. " I don't think smoking will help those children either." She said remembering the incident in the bar bewteen them both.

Maia laughed slightly putting the lighter in her front pants pocket. "Yeah...but why do you care...? They hurt like hell when ever they want to move." She looked away, leaning back and expieriencing the relief when they finally calmed down again. It had been quite a few months since the bar and Maia fathomed to punch the girl into the water and watch her sink but knowing that she probably didn't have the strength and her apathy outweighed the decision.

Karen still looked at Maia concerned. " Well I care about everyone. No matter what." She smiled sweetly to Maia. She then giggled at seeing the frustarted Maia when she brought up past memories. " Maybe ya should drink something warm. It might help out." She said as she seated herself, letting her legs hang over the dock.

Maia looked at her, picking the splinters from underneath her fingers. "Psh...I guess that's just the angel in you isn't it...? I remember when Audrey first came here...you were flying around like a lovely little birdie trying to stop Al-kun from tearing it apart. What a show." she yawned, her eyes watering as she did. "You can bring me something to drink...but I probably won't drink it."

Karen looked at Maia, and then did something wierd with her mouth. She then smiled. " Ya are probably right. I remember that too." She said as she swung her legs back and forth. She watched as the waves rolled around below her. " Well, it was just a suggestion." Karen said a little quieter than her last statement.

Maia glanced at her and ventured a smile. "What's wrong, doll? Did I scare you off or something? You got qui----" she bent forward a bit grabbing onto the post for support. Her sharp nails dug into the wood and if it wasn't for that grip she would have keeled over into the water. She shivered slightly, gritting her teeth. "Damn..." she managed, waiting for the pain to subside.

Karen looked at Maia. " Oh, it was nothing..." Karen trailed off as she watched Maia in pain. She wished for Maia to stop hurting because of the children. " When is the due date suppose to be?" Karen said to Maia.

Maia stifled her painful grunts, holding onto the post as if clinging for dear life. Some part of her was hoping she'd fall in. She glared at her, trying to see if she was just yanking her chain but found out that she wasn't. "********..." she mumbled, saying nothing else. "I don't care...sooner the..." Maia knew that her stubborness would get her nowhere and she loosened up a bit on the post. "In about a week or two." Her eyes clouded with relization, the bitterest taste rising in her mouth.

Karen looked shocked at Maia. " Wow, it is already that time. That seems extremely close." Karen still watched Maia in her pain. She felt bad for her, and didn't know what she could do to help her out.EDIT: Sorry my posts are so short Audsey.

"Give or take...I don't care," she said nonchalantly, the Audrey inside of her bubbly with excitement and love. "I feel sorry for the b***h though...she's the one that has to pop 'em out." Consciously, she scooted away from the ledge of the pier, crossing her legs as if they were going to burst out of her any minute.

Karen still swung her legs lightly over the edge. She watched the water again listening to Maia. " Ya say you don't care. But when they are out, you will be mighty happy. Even if ya don't show it." Karen then giggled a little about the comment about Audrey. " She will be extremely happy to be the one to do it. She wants to have the joy of child birth. Or so it seems." She smiled, and then noticed a crab crawling up one of the posts of the dock. She then felt the wind pick up a little and watched the crab struggle to climb up the post.
