okay i'm curious about this because I weighed myself about 15-30 min after I woke up, before eating anything, and the scale read 117. However, when I weigh myself after breakfast it's about 119, and after dinner it's about 120.
so which would be the most accurate, and the one that I count? XD

The most accurate weight is right after you wake up, and of course after you pee. After you eat, it won't be as accurate, because there will be weight from the food you just ate. Make sense?

You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning, like Maiko_Chan said. 3nodding In addition to food weight during the day, I found that I LOSE weight during the night. Meaning that weigh myself before bed and not have anything else to eat or drink, go to sleep, and then when I wake up I'll be a pound less without having done anything like use the washroom. Bizarre! eek

Check right after you wake up after you use the bathroom.
