Single Hand sign water control - After creating water around the battle the Mizukage can create a set of hand signs before keeping his middle and index finger up and using his spare arm to control water a lot like Mizubuki except instead of using his mind he has to use a part of his body and keep at least one hand sign shown.

Bio: Growing up Fukai trained himself harder every day although his parents wanted him to just live a normal life he felt that his parents were weak and they were the reason and people like them that was making Kirigakure seem like a Nation to be pushed over. So he trained himself in book and ninjutsu to become the next Mizukage.
He became a highly regarded shinobi and slowly over powered the other ninja's and even became stronger than that of the current Mizukage. He was regarded as a suitable candidate for the Mizukage, but the current one feared what he would do with the nation and chose differently. After this Fukai commited his first act of evil against his Country and used Dopplegangers to kill both the old and new Mizukage's, after which there was no trace of the murderer.
Fukai was then elected the Mizukage and ruled with an Iron fist trying to strengthen the military power of Kirigakure and doing well until the other countries began to get more missions and Kirigakure was left behind. Fearing Kirigakure's end, he ordered the top scientist's to create a weapon that could destroy any opposing villages.
The scientists created Mizubuki and sealed the Isonade inside of the baby, in doing this Fukai trained the weapon to use water to it's fullest capabilities. In time the Mizukage began to fear the power being shown from Mizubuki and imprinted a sealed curse onto himself to amplify his power if Mizubuki ever opposed him.
This seal is stronger than any of that made by Orochimaru and was created solely for Fukai and in Kirigakure.
