A really good fanfiction site is www.fanfiction.net. It has a lot of stories though, (8,500 some pages) so it might take a while to sort through.

This is one of the most outstanding authors I have ever read in my entire life! She has an entire array of Harry Potter Fan Fiction, with such realistic characterization that I was once reading her fic at the same time as one of the actual HP books, and I mixed them up. >.<

This is her general Harry Potter fan fiction area.

This is her special "Shiftsverse," in which she rewrote OTP and HBP from Lupin and Tonks's points of view (and it's not nearly as emo as you would think!). Plus, it includes her "Teddyverse," chronicling Teddy Lupin's odd-numbered years at Hogwarts.
