dose anyone have a code that will give you a mew under 9 that can be trade over the GTS?~desu

Ack. I would LOVE to find that code someday... domokun I've found a code that lets you catch any pokemon at whatever levels you want, but the Mew that I got from it cannot be traded. crying I also kinda confused about the Pokemon Battle Revolution and Hacked pokemon. For example, My black(shiny) Rayquaza named Typhoon (I caught him using the cheat above, and a shiny code. I caught him at Lv. 2, and now he's Lv. 84) but I cant use him on the Wifi. xp But my black (shiny) Charzard (caught at lv. 52 using same cheats) is allowed! Have any ideas on what it might be?
