I caught a raw of the first ep a week ago. It's not bad, kinda like an all-girl Super Sentai. Wecker is its own type though, right? I know I've heard of at least one previous Wecker series.

Yes~ there was. It was called Jikuu Keisatsu Wecker D-02.
