Nadirah flicked her tail lightly back and forth as she strode froward through the open fields. Her mane billowed behind her and the jewels decorating her body sent out thousands of tiny rainbows in every direction. Golden flames licked at the goddesses' hooves with each graceful step she took, but beneath the mask of grace and kindness she wore constantly was a creature darkened by betreyal and pain. She turned her ears back and silently listened to the drumbing hoofbeats behind her as her young nephew and his son traveled afew steps behind the mesmerizing goddess.
Nightmare tossed his mane and turned his ears down flat, with a shift he moved back into the shadows and slunk along keeping a watchful eye on his young son. The pride he felt as a father was powerful but he worried for his son, worried for what he could grow up to be. The armored equus let out a snort and closed his eyes, praying to the diety of fate that his son never turned out like he had, that little Frederick never stained his coat with the blood of the innocent.
Frederick giggled and danced up beside Nadi, his ebony tail flicked back and forth across his small frame. His body was a pretty crimson with deep black stripes, the little one had bright aqua eyes and such a femanine form and the only thing that identified him as even being born of Nightmare's blood was the tale tell claw and maybe the gold design on his breast.

Ganese: Was walking around she had little Malore by her side and also her herdmate Tahir was there too. The mare was sweet and kind a bit niave but sweet. So Ganese didnt mind her company she walked along her wings streching with the air. Malore dont run too far ahead Ganese said keeping an eye out for danger. As she walked she listened to the wind and wondered where Tahir and her and Malore would end up.
Malore: Walked along he giggled as he chased after Tahir tail Aunt Tahir slow down so I can catch you. He said giggled as he flapped his wings streching and trying to glide with the wind to catch his aunt.
Tahir: Looked over and giggled never little Malore I am never going to let you win. She said giggled and running along her black mane flowing with the wind. She remembered running with Du Vall and the fond memories of her lord. It was nice to meet a new equus but her mind lingered wondering how Mare was doing and if she would ever see her close friend again.

Nadi heard the others long before they heard her and she paused a pon a rock jutting out of the side of a hill. She stared down at the trio coming towards them and her eyes narrowed almost to slits. With a flick of her tail she looked back to Frederick "stay behind me little one." She slowly turned bright blue eyes back apon the equus traveling bellow them
Mare stayed among the shadows watching Tahir and the others. His eyes were almost slits as well and he puffed in a protective manner but he stayed there unmoving letting the wind pick up his long mane. The shadows danced around him hiding his body but not the dark presence he gave off that struck fear into innocent hearts.
Freddy quickly darted behind Nadi's legs at her low warning. Unlike his father he didn't give off an evil presence and he was innocent, purely innocent. He watched the other group approach through huge eyes fluttering his wings every so often.

Ganese: Picked up her wings she had felt the presence of other equus. She turned around and called Malore come to me my son. Ganese said trying to protect her little boy from whom may be watching her and her family.
Malore: Stoped after hearing his mothers calls and then looked at Tahir who stood still watching and listening he then said mommy I want to go with Aunt Tahir. She seems worried about something Malore said watching and waiting.
Tahir: Looked over getting the sniff in the air of mare and Nadirah. Tahir turned her head stay with your mother Malore I am going ahead. Tahir said running ahead and turning right yelling Mare I know your hear I can feel you and sniff whats the matter. Tahir asked looking to see if her dear friend may come out of the darkness he was hideing she knew for sure.

Nadirah's ears flicked straight back and she tensed up around Frederick. Like Nightmare she was in protection mode and these others were treading on thin ice, she didn't care if she knew them she had a young one to protect. Her tail flicked back and forth in small jerky movements and her eyes flicked to where Mare stood drenched in shadows.
Mare snorted softly and watched in silence his ears had been pinned since he'd caught their scent. With a toss of his glorious mane Mare moved slowly into the shadows his whole appearence giving off th vibe of a protective father ready to kill any that got to close to an unseen form.
With a flick of his little tail Frederick took off like a shot and lodge himself under his father's legs and peered quietly out at the other three equus with huge eyes. His father above him was a towering giant of a stallion one Frederick truely looked up to and admired, he wanted to be like his father so storng and powerful but he knew he was yet to small.

Ganese: Flapped her wings and looked at the other they were giveing off a strong ora and now Malore stood behind her. Ganese Flapped her wings higher to show her four wings. She would stay here and wait for Tahir. Since it seemed her herdmate knew the family.
Malore Turned around and said okies Aunt Tahir but be carefull mama you be nice too these may be new friends for me. Malore said with a smile and stood behind his mother
Tahir: Looked over feeling the darkness she then turned around smelling a new one beside Mare and she wanted to ask her friend who the little one was but it would have to wait. Tahir stood a foot behind where she stood before and then said "Mare I know your there and I know your warrior spirit better then anyone would you like me to come meet you I brought one of my herdmates with me and her young foal. It would be nice to talk with you mare but I know you better then anyone you have to let me in first so tell me if you want to talk or not. I will be here waiting for your response mare." Tahie said with a smile.

With another toss of her mane Nadirah moved forward with the air and grace a goddess should posses. She paused beside Mare and little Frederick whom was slowly shifting out from under his father's powerful legs. beneath the beautiful golden coat Nadi's muscles rippled showing her utter readiness to harm nay of the new comers if they tried to harm the foal.
"You should know I'm not much of a talker, I'm a warrior..." he paused for a long moment "...I'm a murderer, not a talker." His tail slowly flicked back and forth and he turned his eyes down to his son as the young colt moved out form beneath his father's legs.
Frederick stood with his rump against his father's side trying his best to puff himself up and look older and more dangerous than he was. A soft breeze fluttered the feathers on his wings and he flapped them while tossing his forelock out of his eyes.

Ganese: Looked over and loosened her wings. She walked up a bit hestently and then looked at the equus before her. She bowed her head in greetings to all the equus. My name is Ganese its a pleasure. Ganese said with a smile and slight shy look.
Malore: Smiled as he saw his mother leave and he wiggled his way to the front as happy as he could be. Then he looked up at the golden equus and smiled my name is Malore its a pleasure to meet you my lady. If you dont mind me asking my lady what is your name. Malore said smileing and doing a small bow in front of the golden mare.
Tahir: I know your a warrior but I also know the kind you its been a while Mare how have you and your Aunt doing. Tahir said bowing in front of Nadirah and then turning her head to look at the young one before mare. Why isnt this a handsome fellow is he yours mare. Tahir said smileing and waiting to hear Mares response.

Nadirah nooded her head slightly, "Greetings." She twitched an ear as her name was asked and tossed her forelock out of her mane, "I am the goddess Nadirah." Her tail swung lightly back and forth and the diamond encrusted strands of silken hair brushed lightly across the ground.
He snorted softly, no the only kindness he showed was to his family. At her next question he rose up a little more "yes, he is mine and Rain's." He flicked his tail and nipped at the spot between Frederick's ears making the colt wiggle.
Frederick wiggled at the nibbling fluttering his wings wildly. Besides his crimson coat the only thing marking him as Mare's was the claw that mirrored his father's in every way.

Ganese: Looked at the mare with a smile and gently bowed her four wings spreading to show how large they were. It is a pleasure to meet you Nadirah my name is Ganese I am sorry if I come off wrong I dont normally tend to be out with other equus. This is my son Malore he is the oldest of my children I have 3 others 2 daughters one named orla the other named Anima and another son named Zoru. Its a pleasure to meet you my lady do you have a family of your own Ganese said sheeplishly.
Malore: Stared at the jewels you have jewels on you like me dad. Malore said happily and walked up my lady Nadirah is it possible for me to come close to you and take a look at your pretty jewels. Malore asked with a smile.
Tahir: Looked over to Mare and said am I not considered part of your family I mean we are best friends still right mare. Tahir said smileing and then turning to look at Frederick and saying so your mother is Rain and mare I hear such powerfull genes in your blood I believe you will be a strong little stallion Tahir said with a smile. Returning her attention to Mare so how did you and Rain remeet up and are you happy now Mare. Tahir asked with a smile.

The mare stepped back eyes narrowing to slits. "I don't let to many close to my jewels... they are given as gifts to those i deam worthy." She tossed her mane "and as I do not yet know you I cannot judge you worthy or not to own one." The goddess turned displaying the claddagh on her shoulder, a huge ruby heart held by two silver hands and adorned in a crown. The ruby itself was sometimes called the jewel of crimson blood because if the son hit it just right it made her whole leg appear to be drenched in blood.
Mare thought about it for a long moment, had they ever left each other in the first place? No... not that he knew of "We never seperated really, and yes I'm more than happy with her." His tail flicked lightly back and forth across his hunches as he watched her threw narrowed eyes. Tahir was to close to his son and 'friend' or not that was a dangerous place to be.
The colt tossed his mane, "I know very well of how strong my blood line is, thank you though." He fluttered his wings and twitched his tail back and forth. A small gust of wind whipped his short mane and the deep ebony feathers.

Ganese: Took a step before malore and tapped her son back she had been very familar with dark auros and well she didnt want the goddess to be jugdemental before she even got to knowing young malore. I am so very sorry for his intrusion he is the son of greed and he has a tendacy for likeing fancy jewels like his father. But really he is a sweet boy Ill tell him not to be so forward then you wont get the wrong impression of him. Ganese said hopeing her words could help the goddess to understand malore better.
Malore: Steped back as his mother came before him. Then he turned around and went over his mothers front legs and said I apoligize for asking such a queastion without thinking. Perhaps I should think before I ask. Malore said with a small giggle.
Tahir: Took a step back she know those eyes Mare gave and just steped back and smiled. "I am glad you and rain are happy and you have a lovely son to prove the bond you two share. Tahir said turning around and walking over to say hello to Nadirah. She looked back at Mare and wondered if telling him about her meeting with Du Vall would be a good idea.

Nadi flicked an ear lightly making the huge diamond earring jingle lightly sending rainbows in every direction. "I see, one should learn not to be so greedy it can be a terrible thing that leads to horrid occurrences." she tossed her mane lightly, she didn't like greedy creatures because they did try to steal her precious jewels.
Mare's tail twitched agitatedly back and forth, he could see in Freder5ick that the colt was already starting his growth spurt that would lead to his teenage years and the very thought of things he might have to endure almost scared Mare. He worried silently for his son, being that he was the closest in appearance to his father made Mare worry that Frederick's personality would end up like his.
Frederick pranced around, his body was already growing larger and heavy feathering was forming around his normal hooves. His mane was slowly lengthening and his tail twitched back and forth doing a fine job of sending flies scattering now.

Ganese: Looked up and nodded then said "Very wisely said Nadirah I believe maybe do you have any tricks on helping my boy learn to control his urge of greediness. I mean since his father is the demi god of greed. I am sorry to say but I think poor Malore is going to grow up and end up like his father in many ways. Do you mind helping me try to raise him the right way so he has the spirit of a horse and only the semi greedness of his father." Ganese asked looking down at Malore as he began to nap a little. She was happy he was napping it gave her time to talk with Nadirah. Ganese thought with a smile.
Tahir: Looked at the growing Frederick and then mare. She saw the concern of her friend and gave him a guick bonk on the nose. "Dont worry Mare if he ends up like you then you will know just how tot help him snap out of it." Tahir said trying to cheer her friend up.

"There is no way to 'teach' greediness out of a foal, life has to teach one that." She snorted, pft, demi gods and their love of pathetic mortals how droll. Yes her fmaily was mortal and she lvoed them, not to menton her mate was a mortal but atleast her kids would be Demi-gods, she had no clue why the demis ran off and mated to mortals and created children that were even more suceptable to being degrated and made fun of than their demi parnets. She though of her children, they'd be Demi-gos and demi-goddesses but she would teach them better, teacht hem to find another immortal to love, not the mortals.
The sudden bonk woke mare form his thoughts and his eyes went wide the glowing becoming bright as his body tensed. His large ears instantly went flat to the back of his head and his tail twitched in an aggressive manner. Nobody had ever hit Mare unless they wanted a fight.
Freddy flapped his wings testing the large appendages out, he ws already delighted that his tail was longer and more suffeciant at slapping away the bothersome insects. He turned to say something to his father and saw the mare bonk his nose then the stance stance Nightmare toke. Bounding quickly over Frederick planted himslef between Mare and Tahir "calm down daddy I'm sure she didn't mean it."
