Ever since I was little I HATED running/jogging.. I dreaded it when it became that time in PE class. Are there other fun ways that aren't too expensive to do some good cardio and shed the inches?
There is something new out (I don't know how new) that I wouldn't mind trying, but I don't know where to access the dvds without buying them off the tv. It is called Yoga Booty Ballet.
Is there any fun cardio exercises that you do? Please share, I want to lose the inches and get healthy but I hate jogging.

Will cost money: Dancing, aerobics, gym classes, gymnastics, calesthenics
May cost money: exercise videos, pilates, yoga
Won't cost money: Walking with friends, bush hike, cycling, skipping
There's some ideas. Or you could just catch up with some friends, grab a whole heap of upbeat CDs and just have a fun session of dancing, rolling around and being stupid. It really wears you out. Me and my cousin used to do it everytime we caught up and after 30 min, we were tht buggered we had to stop and lie down for a bit while dripping in sweat. It's just doing stuff like dancing, handstands, cartwheels, rolling around on the carpet, stretching etc. Being silly and having a lot of fun too smile

Ugh I was afraid to take yoga in gym....
Yeah they got rid of PE, and added ... weight lifting and Yoga.... It seemed all the boys that joined got made fun of, so I just kinda stayed away from it, and went to not...athletic activities. And I have to be moving sweatdrop
