Lately, there have been many hackings and scammings. I don't want ANYONE to get hacked or scammed. Yet it's very easy.
First of all, download the Noscript. I'm still trying to find the link..Hehe..>w>
Second of all, whenever someone sends you a link, check the real html! You can do this by when you click reply, check the link.
WARNING, PHISHING LINKS ARE NORMALLY FROM RIP-OFF OF GAIA OR SO! NOT TO MENTION WHEN YOU CLICK IT, IT'LL LOOK LIKE YOU LOGGED OUT!
Okay, when this happens DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE CLOSE BUTTON, I REPEAT DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING EXCEPT FOR THE CLOSE BUTTON!
And then report the Gaian and put him/her on your Ignore List.
Another way to get you hacked, cookie grabbers. Download Firefox, I DEMAND IT! scream
You can also use IE but it's VERY unsecure.
Cookie grabbers grab your cookies, your cookies are private data which holds your password and such.
Go to tools, and click Clear Private Data. If you have IE, go to tools, security, and then delete cookies and delete files.
This will keep you from getting hacked! <3 Thanks for reading! :]
