If you are new or experienced to flight sims, whether it be IL2-1946, CFS series or any other combat sims, then I HIGHLY recommend this guide. I read this about a year ago and have introduced it to a few members in my squad and we practiced what was in the guide book. For many it has changed their total way of thinking about flight combat and I've noticed their air kills as well as mine have gone up tremendously. It's also a very informative, historically and practically.
The book, or pdf is a bit lengthy but it is all worth the read.
