did she possibly download a skin tone or clothing item that's making it act weird? i seem to think i had that issue with one of my families a long time back, but i don't remember what was causing it or how i fixed it. :- sorry!

we do have downloaded clothes. but it messed up with every sim just not the custom ones

hairstyles maybe? man, i wish i could remember what it was that caused it... is it happening in every household? or just one?
